We recently had Platinum build an extension on to the rear of our property. From the first spade in the ground to final completion it took just under four months.
We honestly couldn't recommend the team more highly. They communicated with us clearly and in a timely manner , always working to find solutions where necessary and make recommendations as they saw fit.
Having Michael project manage the works made life that bit easier and left us with time to source our own fixtures and fittings.
Get in quick. These guys are busy for a reason.

Had our canteen replaced. Delighted with the service from getting a quote to it all being fitted. Platinum worked round our needs as a business and no detail or question was a bother. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard and all COVID precautions adhered to. So pleased with the work I have already asked for quotes for more work to be carried out that we have put off getting done. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently had our garage, kitchen and utility room all knocked into one to make a new kitchen/diner and utility room. Communication from Platinum throughout the job was great and even during a pandemic, the job was completed on time. Michael and his team were very pleasant to work with and if there were ever any issues, they were dealt it immediately. No hidden costs and job came in on budget. Would thoroughly recommend Platinum.

Michael and his team built an extension to our house adding a downstairs bedroom, shower room, utility room and kitchen/dining room. We are very pleased with the delivery of the work. The project was carried out very smoothly and Michael ensured we were kept up to date about the progression of the project at all times and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We asked Platinum Property Services to give us a quote for our planned house alterations. The work involved was converting our old tired kitchen and separate dinning room into one contemporary space for entertaining, cooking and modern family life. From the go, PPS were on the ball with a clear pricing structure, they were very professional, and always happy to answer an questions along the way. The team were always punctual and friendly and took all the stress out what could have been a stressful time.

Upgrade of wiring from fuseboard to shower in bathroom (involved creating a hatch in the floor in the electrics cupboard); installation of wired in and wireless smoke / heat alarms; installation of three replacement extractor fans. Electrician turned up when he said he would on both days. He was helpful and professional at all times. He kept me appraised of what was going on at each step and ensured I understood the operation of the new smoke / heat alarms. He tidied up after himself and left everything clean.

We had our attic space converted into an ensuite bedroom which included fitting a new staircase. Platinum's service has been excellent from start to finish. From their knowledge and advice to the management and workmanship, we have been delighted with how our project ran and have been able to confidently put our trust in platinum. Communication was fantastic throughout, any questions or queries replied to within hours. We found platinum to be friendly, professional and very importantly - on time and on budget. The new space they have created in our home is beautiful. We would 100% recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Platinum Property Services have completed a conversion of a former office building in Mill Lane, Edinburgh to six apartments with a construction cost in the region of £600k.
Fantastic approach, quick, efficient and met their targets every time. Site agent was focused on the delivery and all the operatives were of a very high standard.
If you check their Facebook page you will see a video of the final development which was completed on time ( slight delay due to COVID but that was out of their control) and on budget.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I am a chartered structural engineer and been in the construction industry for over 40 years. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Platinum is one of the best.

My heating and hot water stopped working. I called platinum property services. The existing boiler mate I had in the property had a bulge in the water tank. The circuit board had blown and broken pump. The guys should me all of the above and I was satisfied of what the situation was. Platinum gave us all options including replacement which we opted for or repairs. I got a quote from Scottish gas as a precaution and Platinum where £2300 cheaper than them. They came on the scheduled day to carry out the essential work during the covid 19 situation and followed government guidelines go work in a safe manner. They completed the work in a day all be it taking them around 11 working hour. The organisation, quality of work and the friendly staff made them a dream to work with. I will not go anywhere other than Platinum Property Services in the future. Great work guys.

Michaels tender for the work was very detailed which was brilliant. All members of staff were courteous and friendly. I always had the feeling that Michael had my interests at heart when dealing with suppliers. I would recommend Platinum Property Services and already have.
