Mike has completed a CCTV installation at my property. Prior to the installation work I gave him a description of what I required and Mike tweaked the design into a better workable solution. The work was undertaken in a neat and professional manner without any delays. I found Mike to be friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Mike’s service was excellent from beginning to end. Quick to respond with a quotation, agree a date and install. He arrived on time and was courteous throughout his visit. Despite a couple of small technical issues with the app (outside his control) he persevered and ensured we were happy that we got exactly what we expected. Have already recommended him to a couple of neighbours.

From quote to a fully installed Quality security system in two weeks. I am grateful to the expert advice when planning the installation and very satisfied with the security system installed by Mike at MDS Security Systems.

Mike was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He did an emergency disconnection of our old alarm system during the night then recommended a new system. The new system was fitted with minimum disruptions, very clean, tidy and respectful.

We contacted MDS Security Systems regarding the security of our home and the service they provided was first class from start to finish.
They came and looked round the house and provided a quote within 48 hours and once we accepted the quote, they arranged to install everything at a date convenient to me.
They arrived on time when they said they would and installed everything timely and efficiently and did a fantastic job.
Would highly recommend them.

Intruder alarm installed in my home. Fantastic service from the get go! Would highly recommend. Contacted Mike after seeing reviews on here and he replied straight away. He installed the alarm system over a few hours, he was tidy, considerate of my home, and very thorough and took away all my old cabling and alarms. He checked in after a few days to ensure I was happy with everything. My mum has already asked him to install an alarm for her house!

Very happy with the service and new alarm system. the cost and various option were explained beforehand so there were no surprises. The fitter was friendly and efficient, going through the set-up when it was installed.
I had some follow-up questions which were answered quickly, and a change to the system which was done within a couple of days. I'd highly recommend.
