Intruder alarm quoted for and installed very quickly and professionally. Seems like good product so far and MDS were helpful and great communication through the process. Did exactly what they said with no fuss.

MDS installed an alarm system in January 2023. The company are polite, professional and punctual. The work was completed as arranged and on time. Since then I have had to call on MDS to deal with a couple of issues caused by additional work on the house (not related to their installation). They responded quickly and were very helpful in dealing with other trades professionals, when I was unable to be on site.

Mike serviced my house alarm. I called him late in the evening not expecting an immediate reply but he called back right away. Very impressed. He then agreed to come out first thing the next day to do the work. He arrived when he said he would and completed the works very quickly and competently. A lovely man too. Highly recommend.

Initially I had an issue with an old alarm system. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue. However I decided that I would upgrade the system and also have a security light installed. I was emailed a price and then agreed the installation date which turned out to be a very wet day. Mike arrived on time and carried out all the work very efficiently including the outside work. Mike (MDS Security Systems) installed an Intruder Alarm System and HD CCTV System. The process was excellent from the initial visit to final installation. Mike is friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable about his products and offered options and simple explanations to allow the right choice to be made. Mike was also very accommodating during the house refurbishment which meant he had to make multiple visits. The products installed are also easily accessed and managed on mobile phones which is very useful.
