Mike and his team were hired as our letting agents to enable us to let out our property in East Lothian: Mike and his team sourced tenants for our property in East Lothian. As new landlords we were helped with all the information and legal requirements to register as landlords and ensure that the property met letting standards.

Letting Agent to advertise property, find tenants, carry out reference checks and set up tenancy agreement and deposit scheme: Excellent service, fast and efficient, no hidden costs. Fidra Lettings provided a professional and friendly service at all stages of the let and were very supportive, responding to any queries I had. Would highly recommend.
