I had been a landlord for over twenty years, managing my own rental properties with several long term tenants. When age caught up with me, I was very apprehensive about handing my rental properties over to a letting agent. I had absolutely no need to have been worried. Mike and the team at Fidra Lettings have been superb! They are completely on top with regard to all aspects of rental management and they are extremely quick to respond to any issue effectively as well as being approachable, friendly and professional at all times. They also ensure that landlord obligations to tenants are fulfilled in a professional and fair manner. So glad I chose Fidra Lettings! Mike and the team were excellent. A lovely mix of professional and friendly. We used them as letting agents for our property and were so pleased with the efficiency and attention they gave us from start to finish. Night and day better than our previous letting agents. I would 100% recommend them.
