I needed a replacement battery for my fairly old laptop. When tge old one was removed it was clearly in a dangerous state.
A new one was ordered and fitted in just a couple of days.
The service was friendly , polite and efficient.
Will definitely recommend and use again.

After my laptop died on me, I recently purchased a new one through Easy-PC. The process was surprisingly hassle-free and I was able to recover all my systems and data. The service was friendly, personable and efficient, and Andy was very obliging in helping me resolve a couple of questions that I had afterwards.

The computer was built by Andy and this was the first time it had to go back (it was overdue a wee service anyway) but Andy took it in cleaned it up and done what was necessary to make it like new. Couple of wee subsequent problems which were also addressed very quickly and efficiently. Top marks, top service and we should be keeping it local.

Needed a good laptop and used Easypc. Checked price against the high street shops and price charged was reasonable. The big difference was how well the machine was set up included in the cost. Boots up straight away, no advertising platforms to get rid of, nothing unwanted. A really good job and excellent service.

New Windows PC tower box to replace my existing tower including all hardware, Windows 11, re-installing my software and transferring data from my existing tower.
I found Andy to be very knowledgeable and helpful, not only in advising what hardware would be best for me but also in resolving the software issues I had once I connected my new box up at home.

Old PC hacked but was in need of replacement in any case. Andy explained in layman's terms what was required. I purchased a replacement PC and Andy transferred all the files from my old PC including pictures on to this. First class customer service.
