Easy PC

Upgraded the RAM on my laptop. Very friendly and efficient service and good price too. Highly recommended :)

A brand new laptop bought from a large store started having problems within the first week and I decided to go to Easy PC to check it for me which concluded that there was a hardware issue. I managed to get a refund from the larger store probably helped by the reported findings from Easy PC and then I went back to Easy PC to buy a new laptop through them. Very happy with the new laptop but after 6 months the fan was running a lot and the laptop was getting hot so took it back to Easy PC, the laptop was sent away and the battery and fan replaced at no cost as within the warranty period so that was great. The fan started running quite a lot shortly after but Easy PC could improve this. I am very happy for the service and experience I have had with Easy PC, they are my first port of call regarding my PC and I can highly recommend them.

I bought a new laptop and had it set up. It was all very quick and efficient. The trader made a house call when there was a router problem.

My aging laptop has been satisfactorily repaired here before. This time around Andy checked it over and because he suspected that the issues would only be resolved by costly repairs (new keyboard etc), and as my laptop will be obsolete in October, he recommended replacement rather than repair.
You can trust Andy to repair your device if it's cost effective, and to advise you against it if it isn't. He didn't charge me anything for this assessment.

My laptop just conked out on me, and I was half-expecting to have to buy another device. It turned out to be just a flat battery, and was returned to me, fully charged, later the same day.
I was very grateful to have experienced such honesty, and even more grateful that EasyPC , were able to pick up and deliver on this occasion, as I was just home from hospital and unable to drive. I would certainly recommend them.

I had an older pc which had (windows 10)which Andy fixed for me but I thought I was better buying a new pc , as I use it for my business and could not afford to lose everything on it . I bought a new computer which arrived next day and Andy transferred all my data over for me any questions I had were answered honestly. I could not recommend Easy PC highly enough great service.

We have used easy pc for a number of years and have found all aspects of their work to be first class, 10/10.

Customers are given an excellent service and also relevant backup consultations in the case of any snags.

I am not computer literate whatsoever and couldn’t update my Mac therefore couldn’t get on to banking sites etc. I had no clue what to do. Thank goodness I found Andy. He was so good and took all my stress away and explained all the reasons why I couldn’t access the sites and fixed everything for me overnight.
I wish I had known about him sooner.
Would HIGHLY recommend him and would certainly use him in the future.

Andrew at Easy PC has maintained my computers for years, and supplied me with a number of them. His service has been excellent every time. I've never had to complain. He is quick and responsive. He can also remotely overcome program operator difficulties, and has again always delivered satisfaction.

A new laptop supplied, all existing files transferred, old hard drive removed so that it could be professionally wiped for security reasons and new anti - virus software installed. All this was carried out in under 1 day and to my complete satisfaction and at a reasonable cost.
I have used Easy PC on a number of occasions over the years and have always received the best of service and will continue to do so.
