I bought a laptop computer from Easy PC in October last year and contacted them this year about a faulty component. They were able to contact the manufacturer's repair specialists and arrange for the repair to be undertaken under guarantee. The work was undertaken within the timeframe given and the whole process was straightforward. All communication leading up to the submission of the laptop and it's return was well handled. The company did live up to it's name - Easy PC or in this case laptop.

I purchased a new laptop at a very reasonable price. All information from old laptop was put on to new one. Kept updated with emails and text messages as to how things were progressing and when to collect.

Andy has completed several tasks for me on several different machines, all successfully, quickly and cost effectively.

Andy had built a new PC for us some years ago which was long overdue for a health check and update. Some apps were really out of date such as Outlook 2010! We opted for a completely new PC and being non-techies ourselves, we were reliant on Andy's advice about what we did and didn't need. We were also planning to change our e-mail provider and Andy was really helpful in setting up a new provider and explaining how everything would work. Our new custom built PC and a health check/ upgrade to our laptop were completed on time and we're delighted with the results. We now have a fully up to date office system that even talks to our previously erratic printer, thanks to Andy.

We've now been Easy PC customers for something like 10 years and we've always found Andy to be extremely patient, helpful and friendly and able to explain things in simple and clear terms. That's really important since we'd been nervous about losing data etc. and were struggling to understand how to update our home systems.

I required my printer to be linked up to my laptop, contacted Easy PC and this was done to my complete satisfaction.

Bought a replacement power adapter for my laptop. The previous replacement was bought over the internet and failed after the first use and may have been dangerous. I have also had other repairs and updates in the past - always receiving a first rate service.

Easy PC built my current desktop PC and after9 years I am still very pleased with it.
They are very helpful when a problem occurs and any repairs are expeditiously done to a high standard.
Recently I needed old floppy discs and CDs looked at to recover files. This too was quickly performed to my satisfaction and my rating of "value for money" says it all.

Andy has helped keep my PCs running at peak performance for years, most recently adding a new Hard drive and a Wifi adapter. When it comes to replacing my existing kit I will have no reservations in getting him to build for me. His work is excellent value for money, he gets jobs done quickly and is always happy to provide honest advise.

I bought a new laptop and had all the information on my old one transferred. Trader was very helpful and quick. He is also very good on after sales service.
