We’ve been using Calescent for our annual gas boiler and gas fire servicing for over. three years now. We found them by chance on an Edinburgh trusted trader site. We had a problem with low pressure and the boiler hadn’t been serviced for a couple of years. Thomas explained the balloon issue and fixed it as part of the service. He then spent a couple of hours servicing the boiler and fire. We got Danny in to reroute the outlet pipe to prevent it freezing during the winter. Both Thomas and Danny were punctual, polite,professiona and reasonably priced. I’m very happy to use this small local business t. after all my gas boiler needs and would recommend them to anyone.

The installation went very smoothly. Danny let us know what would be happening at each stage of the process and was really great at letting us know when he would be arriving and how long everything would take.

When everything was finished he demonstrated how to use the new system and let us know that we could get in touch if we had any questions once we were using it.

We've had the new system for a little while now and we're really happy with everything. It's very easy to use and much more efficient than our old boiler.

Thomas from Calescent Gas had down a few pieces of work for us. Replacing a circuit board due to water damage, installing a TADO and replacing a flue. He has always been reliable, prompt, cheerful and solution focused. Would unreservedly recommend his work.

I have used Calescent Gas & Heating twice now for repairs to my gas central heating. On both occasions they were prompt and got the work done quickly and efficiently within the hour's labour covered by their standard callout charge. They were particularly good at communicating about timing, the faults and options for resolving.
