Alex is professional and friendly. Also extremely knowledgeable about fabrics he cleans. We have become repeat customers and won't go anywhere else now. Nothing is too much bother and also dog friendly as some traders are not keen on dogs. Alex is so kind to ours which you want when someone comes into your dog's home.

Alex was prompt, efficient and hard working. Whilst cleaning the suite he put towels on the floor to prevent any water damage. He also supplied dryers to hasten the drying process meaning that we could use the suite a lot sooner. We were so happy with his work we have already booked another job. Definitely recommend.

Alex came to clean the carpets in my house. Before booking Alex came to have a look af the work involved and gave me a price to make sure I was happy before going ahead. He explained what was all involved and how long he would be.
Alex doine the work today (5/1/23) and has left my carpets looking like they're new again and also managed to get rid of some marks that I thought would be there permanently.

A very trustworthy, efficient service. I required carpets to be cleaned quite quickly as my Dad was returning home after a long hospital stay. Alex came the next evening, he understood my dilemma.

This is a really professional service from start to completion. We had a visit within a couple of days after phoning, to give us a quote. No pushy sales talk, we were given a price and optional dates for doing the work. Arrived within 5 mins of agreed time for this work and just got on with it. Alex at A&K Cleaning Services provided a professional service from start to finish. After an initial consultation and quote the carpets were cleaned. He arrived as arranged and took his time to clean every carpet in our house to the same standard. This was 3 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms and our hall, stairs and landing. I had a bedroom carpet cleaned-with two bad stains which I thought had little chance of coming out.
Alex agreed to try to remove the stains and if successful, would clean the rest of the carpet. If he couldn’t remove the stains, there would be no charge. I thought that was very fair.
He did indeed get the stains out with his amazing machine, and then cleaned the whole carpet. What an amazing job! The carpet looks as good as new and smells so fresh.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending A & K Cleaning Services. I will now never use any other cleaning company!

Alex was extremely professional from quotation to carrying out the work. He took his time to ensure all stains were removed and even managed to remove large candle wax spillage on carpet. Upholstery cleaned extremely well and smells beautifully fresh and clean. Carpets look brilliant, fresh, bright and clean. No marks or stains remain. I had all the carpets in our 4 bed house cleaned as well as our living room upholstery. Alex was very easy to deal with, from coming through to provide a quote to the day of the clean. He arrived on time, explained clearly what his plan was and then got straight to work. The end result was a house looking like it did when we first moved in. Thank you Alex.

I am a support worker with ELCAP and phoned A&K Cleaning Services for the person I support. Alec was superb, came to view job when he said he would, gave a very competitive price which was accepted. He came to do the job on time and on the day arranged. Nothing was too much bother. Very informative, excellent manner throughout.
Would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a cleaning service and will use this company personally as and when required.

If you're looking to get your carpets cleaned, Alex is the way to go. A & K cleaning came as a recommendation from a family member therefore I knew the service was going to be great after their experience.
An initial, very professional, quote was carried out and a price agreed. The work was completed with no hassle or dramas and I'm so happy with the outcome!
Honestly I couldn't be happier with the service provided and I will be leaving reviews/passing his name onto everyone and anyone needing his services.

Alex is very professional, he arrived to test my carpets prior to their clean on time and arrived on time on the day to actually clean the carpets and did a super job. They were all done within the hour.
I have a bruntons beige and tartan carpet and he brought them back up to looking like new again. Alex takes great pride in his work and it shows. Many, many thanks.

The trader came and assessed the job, tested the carpets for tolerance with the cleaning substance then gave me a written quote. There was no pressure on me to accept the quote, which I appreciated.
When I was happy to go ahead I was given a date and time and the Trader turned up on time.
I am very happy with the outcome. There was a choice of how to pay. I have been given a receipt. He even left me with a bottle of spot cleaner to maintain rugs. Very professional.

We are extremely satisfied with the results of our recent carpet clean.
We had three carpets cleaned and they have all come up like new. On top of that, Alex was so friendly and showed great attention to detail. He is a perfectionist and we will 100% be using his company again.
