I really needed a whole house (carpets) cleaned at short notice and just telephoned Alex for a quote. We had a very pleasant conversation about my predicament and he was going on holiday but fitted me in the next day. He has done a fantastic job and couldn't be happier with the end results - will definitely be recommending him to anybody needing this work done - and he is a very nice man who has a lot of respect for this customers and their property. Can't thank him enough.

I am elderly so appreciated he came exactly at the time arranged. He was specially careful with furniture etc. Most important I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He was friendly and polite.

Alex is a trader I would happily recommend to others. Got on with the job, no interruptions from his mobile (I hate this - unless the trade requires it) and left a really clean carpet behind, ideal.

My carpets look new. As an extra, I asked could a footstool be cleaned - it was no trouble to do and in fact a lot of time was spent cleaning it. Looks new !!
