Alec was very professional and extremely friendly. He looked at the work to be done and gave me an itemised estimate. He always did what he said he would. Arrived at the time he said and kept me up to date on everything.

Arrived on time and completed the carpet cleaning in a thoroughly professional manner. Carpets are old and were significantly improved. Mr Kirkpatrick additionally cleaned two easy chairs which were not part of the original contract. Was generally very obliging.

Alec came to my home within 24hrs of a call. He provides a free no obligation quote. I needed a large rug cleaned. I was very happy with the quote and Alec was brilliant to get the work done straightaway. Excellent service. Would not hesitate in using the service again! Highly recommended!
