Sandy Ramage answered our request for 'call out' and quotation immediately. Of the professional quotations we received his was the best value. Once he visited the property he carried out the work methodically and carefully. He also explained clearly the purpose of work that he was doing. Additionally, he gave us advice on matters that we had not considered. We found him to be approachable and very professional in all aspects and would recommend him without hesitation. If we need other work to be done then we will be requesting his services.

We had a full renovation of our flat which Sandy completed the electricity upgrade for. Sandy was professional and always willing to discuss necessary changes. He also recommend the plumber and joiner we used on the renovation.

Sandy couldn't be more obliging. Both himself and his son are efficient, tidy and skilled, and their prices are very reasonable. Nothing is too much for them, and they will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is getting exactly what they are wanting. They have been a pleasure to have working in my kitchen, and felt more like friends than tradesmen. I would not hesitate to use their services again, and highly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work done - I have used them now for three jobs, and in all cases I was completely happy with everything they did.

I phoned at 12 noon as had gone through an electric cable with a drill and Sandy came out at 4pm and let me know he'd text before he came round, got text 20-30 mins before he arrived. Got cable sorted very quickly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Came out same day as it was a problem with one of my heaters. This was very much appreciated as I have a lot of medical problems and classed as a vulnerable person. Very good at what he’s does and a genuinely nice guy.

Mr Ramage & his son arrived on time to start the work. Both were very courteous & worked in a highly professional manner. A slight hiccup tracing a rogue electrical port didn't deter them, they worked doggedly to ensure that all of the wiring was checked thoroughly & in a safe condition. The care they took over each job was second to none. Very refreshing to find tradesmen who take such pride in their work & put the customer first. I will certainly use this company again for all electrical issues & highly recommend their work. The price was also very reasonable for the work done therefore I cannot give a better commendation that 5 stars all round. Thanks guys.

We have had our electric heating of 3 storage heaters replaced. The company was prompt to reply to our initial enquiry, gave us quotes quickly, scheduled the work and came on the days specified to do the work. They were pleasant, friendly, efficient and the work was done in good time. They cleared up all the debris and mess after the installations.
We will use them again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

We've used Sandy for three jobs and he will be our first call when we next need electrical work in our home. He has rewired two rooms for us, installing and moving mains sockets and switches. He has moved and installed ceiling light fixtures in one of our rooms.

Sandy is always professional and polite. He is on-time for the appointments we make with him. He is upfront about the scope and costs of work he has done for us. He has clearly communicated the (regulatory) standards we are required to meet, using language we can understand. When we asked him to perform some work that was more difficult than we realised, he was happy to present and discuss options with us - it was easy to negotiate with him the level of cost and disruption that we were happy with.

As far as we can tell, his work is of a high standard. We have been happy with the results and have had no subsequent problems with what he's installed. Each time, he has left our home as tidy as he found it.

Sandy did an excellent job installing our new fuse box. Efficient inspection ahead of time, and gave us an estimation of how long it would take (he was bang on!). He was very easy to deal with and we feel confident the job has been done to a high standard. He also left the space nice and tidy which was a plus! Will definitely use Sandy again.

I contacted Sandy to request that our wired Ring Doorbell be fitted. Communication was excellent throughout and Sandy did a great job, keeping things neat and tidy, and ensuring the product was working as expected prior to leaving. Sandy came out to help us get a boiler working. He responded very promptly to my text and kept to his promised time. It was not a straightforward job as it involved removing a cupboard to get proper access to the meter and then a lot of investigating to work out what was wrong. He was really thorough and professional and also very friendly. I think he did a good job for a fair price and would definitely recommend him.

Sandy and Keir installed additional sockets and an outdoor security light - tricky work as it is an old property with very thick stone walls. Meticulous, careful work by people who take their craft and their reputation seriously. Great attitude, prompt and tidy.
