Craig and Ross did a fantastic job of what was not a straightforward installation. Top floor tenement flat, central boiler location, no existing condensate drain and restricted space. Good communication before, during and after the job, including setup of Hive and registering the boiler warranty. The flat was left as clean as when they arrived and their instructions and demonstration of operation were very clear. Would highly recommend and have already ear-marked them to come back and replace my radiators in a few months time.
Update - Craig and Ross ruturned to replace my radiators. Another excellent and professional job at a very good price.

New boiler installed. Amazing service from this company (this is the first time I have ever written a review about anything or any business). They were recommended by a mate from the gym who also had a boiler installed and raved about the service and value for money. I now realise what he meant. McClintec is an outstanding example of a first rate trader and I can see why they are on the East Ayrshire Trusted list. They seem to just know how to get things right - incredible communication (kept us updated on purchase of boiler and installation time etc) great price and done in double quick time after the previous one gave up the ghost. The situation was made worse by the boiler cover plan for previous boiler not providing an engineer as quick as on the previous occasion due to the ongoing health emergency. So we gave up and went for a new one on the recommendation of this firm. McClintec came to the rescue and I can't rate them highly enough. If there were six gold stars instead of five I would happily award them that. The question I'd ask is if an East Ayrshire business like this can get it right on every level why cant the bigger boys do so? They could learn a lot from this outfit. I wouldn't hesitate to get them back and they will be servicing the Ideal boiler annually. (thinking of getting them back to replace two radiators as well). Good job guys.

I needed my walk in shower redone as I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling. I was in a local DIY store and was supplied with a few business cards one of which was for McLintec. I am so pleased I picked these boys as they carried out an excellent job. I was so pleased I recommended them to my daughter who has also now had a complete bathroom renovation done. Can’t recommend their workmanship and courtesy enough. Five Stars
