New kitchen socket replaced.
Ryan replied to my request on same day. and organised an appointment for the following day.
Also gave some good advice re my electrics.
Will keep his details for future use.

New combi boiler and power flush very good worker and very tidy was very quick with the job and we were extremely happy would recommend them to friends

I had a bathroom ripped out and new one fitted. Davie was great told me what was getting done at every stage

I had my annual service check completed on my boiler. Cannot fault the service, stayed in contact with me and arranged and completed my service quickly.

The installer, and his apprentice, were courteous and efficient. Took time to ensure all was working well and that I understood the appliance operating actions.

A leak appeared on my flat roof over my lounge, I called Burnside Roofing and the owner came out that day to assess the damage, gave me an estimate for the work required to stop the leak. He arranged to call the following day and carry out the necessary work to the roof. Excellent service and quality repair carried out to my satisfaction

Roofing work was done despite the bad weather and is a 1st rate quality job

Old gutters removed and replaced with new, including adjustment to down pipe.
Robert(and Gary) arrived as arranged and worked continuously until the job was completed. Thoroughly cleared up afterwards and were pleasant and mannerly throughout.
Communications were excellent from start to finish.

I couldn’t be happier with colin and the team. They worked non-stop to diagnose and fix a tricky chimney issue and never once cut any corners. Communication was 10/10 from start to finish — they kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. They are all genuine and trustworthy people (that’s hard to find these days) I will ALWAYS go to burnside roofing as no one can come close to their standards. Top class work, reliable and always shows up when he says he will which is a rarity these days.
Charges fairly for the work done, would be the only electrician we will use in the area.
