Review a trader

We decided to use Annandale Roofing again after they had previously fitted a skylight window for us. We were impressed with the standard of work , helpfulness of workers and good communication.
This was a reroof of the back of the house and all of the work from start to finish went very smoothly . Site was left tidy and workers were respectful . We were so pleased with the finished work plus extra finishes to woodwork which all added to the final great standard.
I would have no hesitation to recommend and will be using again to reroof the rest of our house and for any other roof repairs required .

We have used the services of Colin and Burnside roofing on many occasions.
Burnside was highly recommended to me a few years back - and I will pass on this recommendation at every opportunity.
Works have ranged from gutters, valleys, replacement tiles and slates to full areas stripped and re roofed entirely.
Photos are provided with estimates - and photos are given once works are complete,
a genuine, honest tradesman.

Issues with 120 year old septic tank.It didn’t help that I snapped a drain rod off inside the pipe trying to clear it myself.I’ve used these guys in the past and I must say they’re first class.Young Jamie appeared today and sorted the problem in no time.Would recommend to anyone.

The engineer Ricky was very professional, dedicated, and hard working. He installed new gas pipes and a new boiler in our home. I would definitely recommend him. The boss was also very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

After using another architect for a failed planning permission application I turned to Thomson Hunter.

I found they (Fiona & Andrew) had extremely valuable knowledge of what designs would be acceptable by the council (East Ayrshire) and were able to put all the specific design points we wanted into an acceptable design which would be approved.

During the build they happily assist, provided detailed drawings and attended site as required. They listen to the clients needs and have been fantastic support.

Due to their efficiency I have found them to be good value for money and carry out the work in a timely manner. Most importantly all the applications have been approved without any issues. They appear to have a good relationship with and knowledge of what is acceptable for the local planning authorities.

I have been very happy with the service provided by them and would highly recommend, to the point i would not consider using anyone else.

Other Architects may advertise a cheaper rate or promise they can get approval for a more grand design but from personal experience this has cost more time and money in the long run.

If your looking for architect services in Ayrshire they are the people to use.

Annual Service of Solar assisted Water Heater carried out. Good communication from Steven with regard to confirming a date and time etc.
Excellent workmanship and knowledge from Davie. Really appreciate the fact that all work is carried out without making any mess.
