We had a Baxi Combi Boiler installation after our ancient Vokera's service came to an abrupt end.
David and his apprentice carried out the work, they are both friendly and polite. The work was done to an exceptionally high standard and they left the place spotless. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Premier Gas and Mechanical Solutions.

Colin and his team totally re-roofed kitchen(~20'x14'). Stripped back the old roof and replaced sarking, felt, slates etc and all lead -work. As well as repairing some main roof issues we had.
Very happy with Coin's professional approach and discussed all aspects of the work required with him.
Must mentioned his squad who turned up promptly and removed all debris cleaning up after them.

Jamie was prompt, polite and professional. He investigated the problem, identified the most likely cause, cleared the trap, and gave us invaluable advice on how to deal with future problems, should they return. Felt reassured and wouldn't hesitate to call again, if needed.

I highly recommend this business! My guttering was old and leaking. The service was excellent from start to finish. Robert was punctual, had great communication, and completed the job perfectly. There were no hidden costs, and they even tidied up afterwards. Very professional!

For over a year I had been trying to get a company to do some preventative maintenance to my roof - replace mortar ridge with dry ridge, and tiled valley with lead. In that time I’d had emails ignored, given my address and phone number to never hear from companies again, no shows, accept quotes to never hear from them again and excessive quotes (85% more than average). Decided to look further afield to Kilmarnock and spotted the good reviews of this company. At the same time I’d also mentioned to my joiner, who also recommended them. My initial email was answered quickly, and was advised at the time it would be 6 weeks or so before the work could be done – no issue due to the type of job. They were out within a few days to quote for the work, quote received a few days later – which was accepted. Work has since been carried out, and it looks great. Comms great before, during and after the work. Hopefully they will be as attentive for small jobs, as will now be my first port of call. Would I use again – yes. Would I recommend – yes.
