We have undertaken several house moves. We have used Forfar Removals each time and they have not disappointed us.
They are professional, meet their commitments and their staff are hardworking and courteous. We would not use any other company.

We used Forfar removals when moving house. From the very first contact with this company they were professional and efficient. Prior to our moving date they kept us up to date with emails and phone calls and any queries we had were answered there and then - no having to check with someone else first (they ALL knew !).
On the day the team were on time, polite, respectful, funny and professional. I have even had new neighbours comment on how nice they were.

Used Forfar Removals for moving house and storage of furniture.
Staff during planning stage were very helpful, on the days of furniture going into storage and out again, staff arrived on time and were very polite and helpful from beginning to end, taking great care with our furniture and considerate regarding our flooring, also ensuring no damage to doors/walls.

Downsizing removal. Excellent experience from initial survey to completion. Team were all very helpful and hard working. Good advice on packing (cases provided). Even took piano down 39 steps ! Checked we were happy at end and moved a few things round for us.

I used the company when moving homes from Forfar to Lunanhead, the office staff who arranges all the details and pricing etc were very professional, friendly and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process via phone and email, great value for money. The removal guys were fantastic nothing was a bother they really go above and beyond, they were friendly and professional and very careful with all my belongings.
This is the second time in 8 years I have used this company and I would again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a removal company.

The staff at Forfar Removals have provided the best customer service of any of the agencies we have dealt with through the process of selling/buying our house.

Had contracted a removal/storage service from another company. Was let down with very short notice due to COVID. No alternates we’re given. Called Forfar Removals and within two hours space was created in their schedule a visit was paid to assess the scope and the service was agreed before the end of the day.
Staff, during the removal, were highly professional in handling my goods and showed respect for the properties at both ends.
Part of the goods went to storage and a member of staff (Craig I think) went the extra mile to retrieve my wallet which had been inadvertently left in a drawer.
This company should always be included in your list of removal service providers. Highly recommended.

Forfar Removal completed our recent house move, they provided an excellent service. The removals team turned up on time, worked quickly, with care and finished packing our goods in good time. Likewise, when we arrived at our new property, all belongings were unloaded and placed into their correct location. No breakages and no concerns at all.
