GKM built an extension for us, which included the fitting of a new kitchen. We are very pleased with the results. The actual build took a little longer than expected, but was down to the summer holiday period. Communication with GKM was primarily directly with Gregor, who was onsite most days to review progress. Any issues were resolved quickly with excellent communications from Gregor. The tradesmen employed by GKM were all polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend.

GKM carried out internal alterations to form a ground floor bedroom, wet room and WC. Pocket doors to lounge/dining room and associated works. GKM are always tidy, polite and provide excellent communication, guidance and advice throughout all stages of the work. We were so pleased with the adaptions they completed they are now building an accessible extension with ramping.

GKM provide clear and detailed quotes which are easy to reconcile with their invoices. The quality of workmanship is second to none. They have a full team of all the trades and co-ordinate the project throughout making it a surprisingly stress-free process. In particular, as unexpected "issues" always arise with period properties, we particularly appreciated that they never came to us with "problems", instead they flagged the issues at the same time as presenting their proposed solutions. They really do go above and beyond to deliver the project and we are already planning to use them again on the next stage of our build.
