Due to my heat sheat source pump breaking down I contacted S&P ,engineer was on site same day ,great quick service, highly recommended.

I recently had solar panels and a battery storage system installed by S&P Renewables, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
​The installation was handled by Teo and Sam, who were both professional, efficient, and clearly experts in their field. They took the time to ensure the panels were perfectly positioned and that the battery integration was seamless. They were happy to answer all my questions and left the workspace spotless once the job was done.

On the recommendation of 3 different people I went with S&P Renewables to install a Solar PV system with 3 batteries and an inverter on my property. Ewan came out quickly to assess the job, and a competitive quote was provided soon after. It took a few weeks for the necessary connection agreement from SPEN to come through and the installation was completed a few weeks after that. Communications with the office were always quick and efficient. The installation itself went smoothly - Teo and Sam were a credit to the company - prompt, efficient, friendly and polite, and most of all professional. Teo clearly took great pride in his work and checked with me at every stage to make sure I was happy with the set up. I am awaiting the final sign off and handover pack, but so far, everything is as I had hoped it would be.

Had solar panels, battery and inverter installed fast efficient service and no mess at all, all work completed in one day and the office staff were excellent at answering any queries, thank you.

The guys from S&P were efficient and courteous, they did an excellent job fitting our solar panels, inverter and batteries on time, despite the challenges of our roof and loft layout presented.

Six batteries connected to our existing solar panels. Very pleased with the work. It was well organised, the equipment arrived on time and the two engineers arrived as arranged. They were polite, helpful and worked very hard. They left a clean and tidy setup. Once our new electricity tariff was arranged, I was able to phone the firm and immediately received a helpful response to my questions.

S&P took on the task of replacing a commercial gas boiler with an array of three 12kW Vaillant heat pumps at St Boswells Village Hall. The heating is divided into four zones, with three being controlled by the Vaillant system and one via hard-wired logic. The requirement was in two parts: firstly, the building must be at least as warm as with the original heating system; and secondly, the running costs must be no more than that of the boiler. The system installed by S&P has exceeded both of those requirements and we now have a luxuriously warm building with lower running costs. As other reviewers have said, the S&P team is nothing short of excellent to deal with. This was one of the more complex installations they have undertaken and the fact that it was completed and put into operation with minimal fuss is a testament to the professionalism of this firm. What an asset to the Scottish Borders!

The staff from S&P renewables provided an excellent service from start to finish. The installers were friendly, helpful, reliable and very efficient and cannot fault their workmanship. Everything was left neat and tidy and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a solar installation.

Rory responded well on first contact assessed the job from photos on WhatsApp, ordered the parts and came today and installed. Our bathroom lights were old and showed signs of rust. Rory replaced them all with properly rated downlights and they look lovely and work well. While doing the job he noticed wear in the switch and after talking it over he replaced that too. This is first class work and I will certainly use his services again and can recommend,

Our Oak tree, which has a tree preservation order (TPO) on it, was sympathetically reduced by approx 30%.
