Review a trader

Alex and his team refitted our kitchen in October to a very high standard. This was a long overdue refurb we were continually putting off due to feeling overwhelmed by how much needed to be done.

Alex simplified the whole process with excellent design ideas and the choices were perfect for us. Added to this was the speed in which the job took place. His excellent team completed the substantial project in five days. They were poilite, unintrusive and went above and beyond with ideas and finishing touches that completed our new kitchen beautifully.

Guys arrived within time slot and completed the boiler service and tidied up. Only issue I had was that they didn’t phone prior to the visit to let me know they were en route as per the company email - an oversight I suppose

I called John first thing this morning, as my previous smoke alarms decided to sound at 6:20 am and wouldn't turn off.

John arrived at 10 am and proceeded to replace all four units with brand new ones. John was very personable, efficient and experienced. The price was also fantastic - much better than what I paid for the original smoke alarms.

John also left me with plain English instructions and certificate of installation/compliance.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received. I recommend John unreservedly. I would use John again without hesitation.

David provided excellent service while repairing my boiler. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and carried out the repair professionally. The boiler is now working perfectly. The entire Thomson Heating Group team was professional, helpful, and well organised from beginning to end. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

I have used Neil and his team before, that saying it was a few years ago, sent a message about leaking kitchen tap I wanted replaced & Neil got back very quickly to say he would have someone out, next day messaged to say Joe would pop round and fix, Job done, we noticed a small leak later that evening, next morning Joe back in and sorted, excellent service can`t` recommend this company enough, I will be using them again in the New Year for another job I need doing.

John was fantastic from start to finish. Took great care in his work and explained my new system to me. Would recommend.

Boiler and Cylinder serviced. Arrived on time. Engineer very polite and helpful. Paperwork sent for work carried out. Will book again for next year.
