Had new taps fitted within the house by Ben.

Leak from upstairs toilet coming through kitchen ceiling.
Issue quickly identified by Ben who then replaced faulty seal with no damage to wet wall enclosing the toilet pan & cistern.
Prompt,efficient excellent tradesman.

Removed an old vanity unit and basin and fitted new one.
Removed and fitted a new radiator.
Removed and fitted new sink and cut out new worktop to fit sink.
Altered and tidied pipework in ceiling that had previously left visible.
Plumbed in sink and washing machine.

Ben is a very helpful, pleasant, hard working and also very patient individual . We must have tried his patience with our constant changing of minds and adding more work as he went along. But he was extremely kind and patient with us.

Ben has worked at my flat in Glasgow several times ,servicing the boiler and replacing a shower and solving an over noisy washing machine problem . He has had to work on a very old building and work out the complexities of the pipe work with no known plans. All the work was carried out with expertise and determination to find an answer. He responds quickly and is punctual on his appointments. I don’t hesitate to recommend him.
