New oven, hob and cooker hood installed by Gary and Raymond. Excellent service as usual and old cooker taken away. I have used Mirren Property Service many times, as have my family and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always friendly professional service and excellent value for money.

We asked Raymond to supply and fit a replacement thermostatic two piece shower. We contacted Raymond by Email and had a speedy response. We sent a photo of the item requiring replacement and he provided an estimate within a couple of days.
We were happy with the estimate given and arranged for Raymond to supply and fit the shower in a couple of weeks.
Raymond turned up promptly on the day at the time agreed and completed the job within a couple of hours. We are very please with the tidiness and professionalism of the work and the finished result.
We asked for a small additional job to be undertaken that Raymond undertook at the same time.
We have received the appropriate invoice completely in line with the estimate and used the bank transfer payment option to make payment.
We will definitely use Raymond at Mirren Property Services again.

Mirren property services did a first class job for me. They renewed the pipework under the kitchen sink which had been causing a lot of problems. After they finished they cleaned up everything and left it spotlessly clean. The price was very reasonable too. I would totally recommend this company and would use them again. Many thanks. Over the have had several home improvements carried out by this company including a new fitted kitchen and a bespoke window fitted. Work is always carried out to a high standard, completed timeously and all mess is cleared away.

Mirren completely upgraded our bathroom, taking everything back to the bare walls and completely upgrading everything.
Raymond offered good advise regarding changing the layout of bath/ WC and sink from the previous layout to create a more suitable layout, which we are delighted he did as the bathroom works so much better now.
They carried out all works in a very methodical and clean manner, cleaning up every night, so you wouldn't know they had been in. Quite an achievement when you consider the works they were undertaking.

All work was carried out to a very high standard, with the attention to detail second to none.
Overall I am delighted with the quality of work carried out by Mirren, and would not hesitate to use them again with future works.

I had a full kitchen refit (including taking down an internal wall and moving a couple of doors), a full bathroom refit (new floor, new walls, switching the shower from electric to feeding from the gas boiler...new everything basically), and a few other electrical, plumbing and central heating jobs done around the house.

Raymond and Garry were excellent - punctual, polite, clean and tidy - and they did a fantastic job with everything I asked them to do.

They were also very flexible - I was a bit slow in making some of my decisions, but they dealt with this brilliantly, taking everything in their stride, offering advice, and even putting the job on pause at my request for a few weeks while I got things sorted out.

I'd definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.
