Review a trader

Matrix made me some curtains and a bench cushion. They were friendly and helpful, offered useful advice and the finished products are very well made.

Our business has used the services of Lcom Gas Limited for a couple of years now.
We have had all manner of services installed, from a heating system to tap replacements - Lee & his team have always been polite, friendly, and informative with a great standard of work being carried out. They clean up afterwards too.
Good communication, up to, during & after installations, and at times, going out their way to explain things in detail & sourcing suitable materials….which definitely makes life easier.

Two bathrooms refitted due to long term shower leakage and damage to floor. Stuart promptly arranged a visit to quote, provided a competitive quote and kept in contact regarding purchase of bathroom supplies and fitting timing. The work required increased once the shower tray was lifted (there was no access under the floor to view this before) but Stuart, Andy and team kept me updated with the issues and we discussed options and further work required including reflooring of one bathroom. The additional work continued without delay and despite one delivered item arriving cracked, the replacement was organised and all was completed in just over one week.
I found Stuart Hamilton through Trusted Trader recommendations so am keen to add my recommendation and we will definitely use them again for any joinery work requried.
