Very helpful, professional trader. Did a very thorough job.

We had some polycarbonate roofing replaced ,some upvc cladding instead of two pieces of polycarbonate and some flat roofing was replaced.
Colin came round twice to give us options and was helpful in coming up with a solution that we were happy with. The actual work was done over a few days and they had to go into a neighbours garden ,which was cleaned up after they worked. Everything was carefully done and the work was excellent . I would have no hestitation in recomending SPS .

Colin did slate roof tile repairs, capped chimney, new flashing on the roof, cemented cracks, painted chimney and replaced the garage roof. The work done was perfect, couldn’t be happier and a good price too. :o)

Colin responded quickly to my request for a quotation to replace our rotten wooden soffit boards with UPVC to the front and rear of our cottage and to also replace the guttering and down pipes. Colin from SPS responded same day, He advised that as he was booked it would take 3/4 weeks but returned 2 weeks later to carry out work.

Colin from SPS Fife Ltd responded very quickly to our enquiry to replace a leaking porch roof and remove and reline the inside with new facias and gave us a start date. I had roof leaks in an old cottage. I found SPS Fife ltd. on Trusted Trader. Colin and his associates were excellent. They quoted a reasonable price, kept me updated about when they would come and not only repaired the parts of the roof I had requested but spotted and fixed another problem.
What was most impressive was that after heavy rain a leak reappeared and Colin and colleagues came straight back, spotted the difficulty, sorted it, and the roof has been perfect since then.

Colin responded quick to my query and, although he was fully booked at the time, he came to see the job. He did an emergency repair to stop the rainwater ingress, which I greatly appreciated.
He will return to put a permanent roof cover on the house.

Repairs to the roof after storm damage. Colin and Brian came to price the job very quickly, gave a full written quotation and supplied photos of the damage as the block is 3 stories high and couldn’t be viewed from the ground. Once the 6 owners agreed to use SPS roofing the job was done as soon as the weather permitted and was completed within days. When the invoice was sent out a full set of photos was supplied so we could see the completed job.
Very happy and would definitely use this company again.
