Excellent service.

I am a council employee who requested their services to raise tenant's chair. They arrived as arranged and quickly put blocks on legs of chair. They were very friendly and pleasant with myself and tenant. Very happy with service.

This is the third time we have asked Matrix to cover chairs and they always do an excellent job. The first time was around seven years ago when they covered six dining chairs - the choice of fabrics and colours was great. We picked three different colours of the same fabric for six chairs and they still looked great. Since then we have had an occasional chair covered twice and this has given it a new lease of life each time.

The staff are professional as well as friendly and helpful, the work they do is of a high standard and the range of fabrics you can choose from is of good quality. They will also offer advice if you require this.

We will definitely use them again and have recommended their services to many people.

I have used Matrix Fife in the past very successfully for curtains but this time I asked them to make a bespoke, upholstered window seat and the result was beautiful.

First class workmanship and a vey friendly staff team to work with. All queries and requests answered swiftly and the expert advice offered was invaluable.

This was fitted on the Police's recommendation as I live by myself, I had to phone Matrix Fife and they were very helpful. The fitter was here at the house at 9:00 when they said he would be. Fitter was very helpful and showed me how it worked. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a poffee and chair seat upholstered. I was delighted with the result. Bob the master upholsterer was so easy to deal with, he made me very welcome, exceptionally polite and friendly. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Will recommend.

My phone call was answered immediately and a suitable hour fixed for the following day. The fitter arrived on time, was courteous and efficient and clearly explained how to use the device. Altogether exemplary.

Service was 5 star. Did a great job and left no mess, very much appreciated.
