Called for a representative to inspect the fittings.
We agreed that I would need to upgrade my ancient radiators and
Repair my boiler faults. We agreed a date and to do all the upgrades.
Josh, arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.

I can't praise Gas-Tec highly enough for their service. Easy to deal with, great price and great service. I would definitely recommend them. I had a new combi boiler fitted in one day with everything tidied up behind them. Smashing job!

My boiler had been working for 15 years and finally stopped. Gas-Tec had good reviews so I called them. Their staff tried hard to restart the boiler but couldn't. I agreed to get a quote for replacement and wasn't charged for the time the two guys were here.

The quote was very reasonable (I checked the boiler price online) and I signed up to their quote.

The installation took a day, plus new
gas supply piping and some work on blockages. They returned twice to completely cure the blocks and the house now resembles an oven!

The guys are very friendly, tidy, and efficient.

Boiler replaced and moved in the kitchen to another wall. The service from start to finish was excellent. Our engineer was professional, helpful and friendly. A complete different experience from our last boiler fitted by another company. He even filled in the holes left previously and explained exactly what he had done. We will most definitely use them again though hopefully not too soon ! And recommend without a doubt

Had to have a new boiler fitted. Kevin of Gas-Tec attended the house to give an estimate and reassured us he could get the job done quickly. He certainly stood by his word. Both Josh and Kevin turned up at exactly the time and day suggested. Very quickly took out the old boiler and fitted the new one within a few hours. Afterwards Josh went over the area with wipes, cleaning up any places he had touched, then cleaned the floors, which was hardly necessary since they had put down floor coverings before starting. Kevin then attended the house a few days later to check everything was ok, flushed through the system again and made sure we were happy with what had been done.
Without doubt this has to be one of the most efficient and friendly companies in Fife. should I require it in future, I would not hesitate in getting them to fit a new boiler. I recommend Gas-Tec for anyone needing boiler work carried out. Thank you Kevin and Josh.
