We needed a new garage door, and from the initial phone call to the actual fitting, Express Garage Doors Ltd were efficient. They phoned back when they said they would, turned up when they said they would, tidied up after themselves and the finished product looks good and works well...what more can you ask for?? I would definitely recommend them.

We had a new electric garage door and also a new uPVC side door fitted. At all stages, we were kept informed of progress and the fitters turned up on time and clearly knew their job as the work went very smoothly and we have absolutely no complaints.

It was easy dealing with this company. They were efficient and were prompt to all meetings/appointments. Workmanship looks good, so generally very satisfied. The fact that they have invited me to complete this review means that they are proud of their product - and so they should be.

From the initial telephone contact, to the job being completed, at all times customer service was excellent. Everyone knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. From going to showroom and quote for fitting the garage doors, very polite customer service. The fitting of the doors was done quickly and very professionally, and left very tidy, again very polite.

Thoroughly recommend this company. They came promptly when asked and gave estimation. When accepted order was delivered within estimated time. Work commenced very early on the day with no disruption to ourselves and when completed the finished job was very satisfactory. The garage floor, which I had intended to sweep before they came, was left immaculate. Couldn't praise them high enough.

Sound technical advice presented with confidence and enthusiasm gave us a good feeling about the quality of the product and future support. The garage door installation was carried out with care and attention to detail ensuring the door operated smoothly. Installers, Kevin and Colin, were hard working, pleasant and tidy and completed the job without fuss, including cleaning up cuttings etc. Beautiful job! Very pleased!
