Purchase & Installation of Automated Hormann Sectional Style Garage Door.
All round polished performance from Initial Site Survey to Installation.
The initial site visit provided lots of information for us about the product, patiently answered many questions & queries as well as carrying out an accurate survey without any pressure to place an Order.
Once the order was placed we received a high degree of further patient reassurance and support from the friendly & efficient Office staff answering further questions.
Finally the Fitters turned up on the day at the stated time and worked away until the job was finished. There was no mess, angst or any other hiccup. A clear, helpful demonstration of the Door Operation was provided once the job was complete.
You would hardly know that anything had happened in the Garage other than that we now had a NEW GARAGE DOOR.

Replaced 30 year old (and broken) motorised up and over double garage door with a new sectional door and the whole process took less than a fortnight from my initial visit to their excellent showroom through to the final fitting. All their staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very capable from David’s initial advice in the showroom to his on-site survey the following day, the girls in the office dealing with the ordering and paperwork, through to the fitters a week later who were just superb, arriving bang on time, expertly completing the door fitting with matching surrounds and then cleaning up very well behind them. They made a really great job of it and I am absolutely delighted with this company’s faultless service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new garage door.

I contacted 6 companies about fitting a new manually operated garage door. Two companies didn’t reply and two companies were only interested in fitting an automatic garage door – they didn’t quite understand that all I was looking for was a door for an outdoor storage cupboard … why would I want an electric door; I certainly don’t have electric doors on my internal storage cupboards!! Needed a new garage door. Went to the showroom, and after a nice demonstration, we chose the style we wanted. Deposit paid and a fitting date was quickly arranged. Received informative emails, keeping me in the loop. Team arrived at stated time, and as well as fitting new door, and taking away old one, they also gave the garage a clean, and took out some driveway vegetation !!
I was them shown the operational requirements, to make sure I didn't break the lock (60% chance it would have happened)

What a great customer experience, from my initial enquiry with the office staff ( Morag in particular ) , to the final 10mm of top quality external silicon carried out under a floodlight . How good it was to see top quality tradesmen and grafters ( viz Colin , Cullen and Innes ) delivering a first class piece of installation . Particular attention was paid to the last 5% of the job - namely the finishing touches and tidy-up especially as the rain came on and with fading daylight .
