Very prompt and thorough in the initial planning of bathroom removal and installation. Very helpful and personal in choice of furniture and fittings. The process of fitting was quick, with minimal disruption and the final presentation was exceptional and to specification.

My wife was ill at the time and they gave us a quicker start to the job which helped us greatly. Very thorough and thoughtful. Gave us good advice and helped to get the correct shower for us.

Emails always answered promptly. Turned up within 15 minutes of arranged time. Professional and friendly. Protected my new carpets! Some of the guys even took their shoes off.
Would have maybe liked to have a chance to shop around for the best price re choosing the bathroom furniture.

The operatives carrying out the central heating were prompt and tidy.
A motorised valve failed about 1 month after installation, this was replaced the day after my call to the company.
I have received Building Regulations Compliance Certificate and Gas Safe Registration.
