I was very impressed by the skill, professionalism and sheer hard work exhibited by the team of installers.

A good team who completed work on schedule. Friendly, tidy workers who kept disruption to a minimum. Very knowledgeable and professional. Had used them before so was relaxed in awarding them the contract to replace our 25 year old boiler. Nothing was too much trouble.

Large radiator not heating up completely even after bleeding radiator.Contacted Cook plumbing & heating Kennoway so glad I did left a message & about 2 hrs later contacted by a nice woman appointment made for heating engineer to come 2days later Danny arrived on time fixed the problem very quickly checked all the thermostats were set correctly & after a year of waiting for the previous person to fix it we are now nice & cosy for winter thanks to Danny who was a lovely helpful person & the helpful lady who phoned me to arrange it.I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Arrived promptly on time. Covered and protected furniture and carpets, cleaned and tidied up at the end of each day. Worked steadily all day with one short break. Could not fault their work. Very pleasant workmen.

Good service received all the way. Survey and quote were done in February, then Covid. However, work started 9th November. We were replacing an old oil boiler. New pipes had to go under the floor and new piping on exterior wall. The work took two days to complete including a flush of the system. The work was done to a high standard and to the manufacturer's requirements. The staff were polite and hard working. I believe in supporting local businesses.

Called to get a boiler repair done. Came within 2 hours and resolved problem straight away with no fuss or mess. Very polite and punctual service. Will use again.
