Stripped and re-slated complete roof, applied lead flashings where required, fitted new guttering, re-rendered mullion. Roof looks great and has been admired by near neighbours and friends.
Squad arrived for 8am every day till 4pm and sometimes others would turn up from other jobs to lend a hand. They were all very courteous and approachable should we have any queries for them. By the time they had finished we felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends.
Price for the quality was worth it. There may be cheaper traders out there but having seen CRS's workmanship and pride in this (including the roof they did for our neighbour recently) we wouldn't trust any one else.

We have been using CRS for several years now for a variety of jobs all carried out in good time, good quality and at reasonable cost. Most recent job was recovering of our garage roof with two layers of torched on roofing felt.

Due to several leaks and some rotten wood we had our flat and sloped roof and guttering replaced.

Communication with Lee was excellent. He came promptly to give us a quotation, which he then emailed us and it was very clear and well laid out. He then kept us updated through out the work. We are very happy with the work from the team which was done to a very high standard. We have received lots of compliments from our neighbours on our roof, in particular over a new beautiful diamond pattern of the slates over 2 dormer windows. The team went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating with our requests. The team were punctual, very hard working, friendly and appeared to take a pride in their work. The site was always kept very tidy. I would highly recommend CRS and would use them again in the future should the need arise.

New roof and chimney reduction

Lee arrived promptly, fully surveyed the roof, we agreed on tile colour and possible dates, quote came in writing, was very competitive. While on site it was decided to reduce the chimney so the gable end dry verge could be properly finished. I was very happy to agree for this extra work to be done. Communication was good. What a job they have done, roof is now fully maintenance free, insurance backed for 10 years with new tiles. new dry verge system on ridge and gable end. Looks outstanding. I would use CRS again.

One of my chimney stacks had developed a bald patch where all the surface rough casting was coming away and falling down into the garden. I contacted Lee at CRS and he was very prompt with a competitive quote. The company were friendly, kept in touch and did a nice job. The entire surface of the chimney was removed, redone, and coated with granite chips. It now looks good and also blends in with the other chimneys. Thank you Lee and team!
