So glad we picked CRS to undertake this large roughcasting work around our home. The team were punctual and always friendly, workmanship great given one cracked Lintel had to be replaced.
Loose roof ridge tiles were also cleaned and re-grouted in place.

Roof repairs to slates and replacement of felt roofing. This trader provided a rapid response to initial enquiries and carried out the work very promptly. Tradesmen involved were very friendly and efficient.

Invited three companies to price for works to roof of our house. Lee Davidson of Complete Roofing Service (Scotland) Ltd undertook site visit promptly. He undertook a thorough rooftop inspection. As a retired architect I could tell that he was knowledgeable about the works required etc. We had a price within days (I am still waiting for the other two!) and two of his men were on site within a couple of weeks. They were equally knowledgeable, courteous and professional in the way they undertook the works. At the end of every day the garden was left neat and tidy and the roof watertight. The works involved replacing all original cement bedded hips and ridges with a dry ridge system, replacing a number of broken/cracked concrete tiles, brushing roof with stiff bristle brush and scraping as necessary to remove any moss and spraying with antifungicidal wash. Men worked through adverse weather conditions and were always professional. I would use this company again and recommend it without hesitation.

Replacement of soffit cladding after storm damage.

The service was quick and efficient from getting a survey for the work required to the work being completed which included the debris being removed.

We were advised of a rough timescale at the time of the survey and this was confirmed relatively quickly and once work started it was completely seamless.

We have been completely satisfied from beginning to end and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We needed some repair work and replacement tiles for our tenement roof. CRS we great and able to come out and fix our roof in just over a week. The roofers managed to fix the roof using ladders even though we are three stories high. The work was completed within a couple of hours first thing in the morning that they said they would be there. Will absolutely use them again for maintenance and all work is guaranteed for ten years.
