I initially called Complete Roofing Services to repair a leak in my roof. I was impressed with their knowledge and also asked them to do more thorough maintenance including replacing lead flashing and fixing broken gutters.
The job was completed to a high standard and when I had issues a couple of months later after a heavy downpour, they came back to deal with it.
I would highly recommend this company as reliable for any roof repairs.

We are very pleased with the work done which included adding vent tiles to our roof and new gutters and downpipes. The staff were efficient, friendly and kept us informed throughout the process.

CRS replaced the tiles, felt and boards on the roof of our house in Dalgety Bay.

Job was replacing old cladding and flat roofs to two dormers and putting dry ridge along ridge line of roof. Very pleased with the work carried out by the team and would use CRS again in the future.

The team replaced our existing ridge line and wet verges with a new dry ridge line and verge system. They were responsive and professional throughout. It was particularly useful to have an office-based administrator to sort out questions, quotes and invoices while the roofers were on-site. The work was completed quickly and they were very thorough in removing all mess from around the site. We'd happily use them again for any future roofing work.

New gutterings and leak fixed in flat roof. I have used this trader in the past and found them to be reliable and hard working. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Strip out faulty zinc valley and replace with lead. Work was carried out on time and to quote. Friendly and approachable, would happily use them again.

Removing slates from gable end, stripping and renewing rotten woodwork, reslating to match in with the existing roof.
Too early to verify if leak proof I'm afraid.
What I can verify is the high standard of finish, the neatness of the workmen in terms of clearing up. The timekeeping and timescale for completion.
I found C R S to be very professional. You have a landline number to call which is answered by someone able to focus on the call as opposed to someone half way up a ladder. Calls are answered, calls are returned. Quotes are fast questions are answered. It makes a refreshing change to find such a traditional approach, it's reassuring and is backed up by the workmanship. Might not be the most competitive but some things are worth a premium.

We had the wet verge repaired on our house, the company were prompt in the communication and roofers were quick, punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job without any issues. We would recommend them to others and would use their services again.

Lee came out to look at a leak in my roof, came when agreed, he provided a quote I was happy with, sent out the guys the next day (3 days earlier) unfortunately they couldn’t repair that day due to requiring additional tiles, he contacted me to advise he needed to source tiles then managed to come out then next day ( 1 day early) and done work agreed and replaced a few extra tiles at no extra cost, fantastic service after 3 poor roofers previously, definitely will recommend lee and his guys, thanks again for a great service.

Work done was a complete roof replacement. The service from Lee and his team was efficient from start to finish. The guys worked through some really awful weather, they were courteous and always left everything tidy. Very professional company and would highly recommend CRS.

We needed some extensive work done on the roof due to rotting rafters and valley gutter.
Lee was responsive, and engaged and was happy to work with and around our preservation contractors. He replaced the wood forming for the lead valley, re-did the lead valley, stripped and replaced and dressed all the scottish slates, new lime mortar skews, as well as replaced the felt on the flat roof.

Asked on Wednesday morning if they could find leak in roof valley and provide quote, which they did by late afternoon. Accepted quote Thursday morning and arranged work to be done on Saturday. They called again to say a squad had finished another job early and could come next day, Friday, which we agreed. Team arrived early Friday morning and had stripped out old holed and split gutter by time we left for town at 9.30, and on our return early afternoon the work was completed. No mess, roof looks better than before, and only one tile needed replacing. Will have to wait for next heavy rain to be certain all is now well. Can't comment usefully on value for money: the work had to be done quickly before we got more water in the C/H boiler cupboard with its brand new boiler! CRS did the work from initial inquiry to job done in only three days. Very helpful people, and my thanks for their quick response.

I contacted CRS for a quote. The response from Michelle was rapid and Lee came to visit us a day or two later. A very competitive quote was issued the following day. We accepted and a date for the work to commence was set. The roofers arrived on time and carried out the work in a thoroughly professional manner. Kind and courteous guys.

The access to our job provided real issues for previous companies and scared most of them off. CRS didn't bat an eyelid at the access issues and completed the work promptly and to a great standard.

Would definitely use these guys again. I have already recommended them to a neighbour and a colleague.
