Ali responded quickly to a boiler emergency and attended promptly. Got boiler sorted quickly and efficiently and is coming back to service boiler. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him - all round great service

Very trustworthy and hardworking, got alot of work done by Ali, whenever i have a problem i give him a call, he comes down and cracks on with it. Any person who asks me for a plumber, heating engineer or even a bathroom, kitchen fitter Ali from Z heat is the man.

We had a burst pipe on a Saturday afternoon. ZHeat responded quickly and arrived the same day. The problem was identified and resolved quickly and the job was done tidily. Well certainly use them again.

Ali came out to help us when we had a carbon monoxide leak, he went above and beyond to help us and resolved the issue quickly. A second time our hot water failed, Ali came out very quickly to assess the situation and informed us that, because our boiler was still under warranty we would be better for us getting them to sort it out.

Came home after work to find a running outside tap. They came out in the evening, stopped the water and explained what was causing the water to run and how to fix it. Organised for them to fix and source part. While they were there they also sorted my kitchen hot water tap.

Excellent service from this company. Discovered a burst pipe and within a short period of time Z Heat were round to fix the problem. Also, gave some some excellent advice to help stop the ceiling from collapsing.

Emergency called out at 2 am. Ally came in by 2:30 and repaired the burst pipe by 3:00.
