Our fridge was freezing, literally, to the point of exploding cans of coke. Marek came out and identified the problem immediately as being the fan in the freezer below. Replacement fan ordered and fitted within a week of the initial call out. Great service! Would absolutely use them again.

Towel rail fitted, in bathroom. Engineer had to return, as he needed to source some missing parts. This he did, and spent about 90 minutes fitting - and adjusting - the rail. Very good job done; good communications.

My washing machine stopped working after producing a bang and a burning smell. I asked White Eagle Repair to see if they could repair it. They came, as agreed, two days later, and decided the motor was burnt out and needed replacing. They returned with a spare motor a week later (having checked that I was willing to pay for it), but discovered that it still didn't work as the the main control board was damaged. As this would be very expensive, they recommended buying a new washing machine. So after two visits and one spare motor, they honoured their guarantee -- no fix, no fee.
I was very impressed with their service, and would have no hestitation in recommending them.

We had an issue with our fan oven not working, contacted White Eagle Repair at 8pm at night, they responded within an hour with an agreed time to visit to repair. 2 hour window was given, they arrived right at the start of the window and oven fixed within 15 minutes. 6 month guarantee and no hidden charges. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would highly recommend

Got in touch with White Eagle on Monday and was seen the very next day. Absolutely fantastic service from Marek. He was able to identify the problem quickly and offer solutions there and then. I was worried that a repair would end up costing about the same as a new machine and was very pleasantly surprised to find the issue going be fixed for much less! Great services, good value for money, and very competitive. I called another washing machine repair company before Marek and they weren’t friendly or helpful, just barked their call out fee at me.

Really excellent service. After my washing machine caused a small flood in my kitchen I contacted White Eagle Repairs and an appointment was arranged quickly via text after an initial phonecall. Engineer came the following afternoon and was very friendly and helpful.

My washing machine's pump was blocked as it's error code had confirmed.
I contacted White Eagle yesterday (28th) and they contacted me back later in the day to confirm my appointment for today (29th) between 12 noon and 2pm.
The engineer arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule and within 30 minutes he had the pump un-blocked. In addition, he also gave me some helpful advice on preventing further blockages as a "clean through product" I had been using for years was not the correct product! Apart from getting rid of the gunge, there were no puddles or lakes of water to mop and I was only charged for the call-out as no new parts were needed.
As I do not know any washing machine engineer personally, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and he would be my first choice if I block the pump again!

Tumble drier wasn’t working and they fixed it very quickly. A part had to be ordered so they didn’t charge for the first call out. Very impressed with them and the guys are very nice to deal with.
