Fantastic service. My 15 year old Neff washing machine had been working fine, but then could fill and drain, but not spin. I texted at 1pm and was given an appointment the next morning. The engineer came and spent over an hour trying to sort it out, and changed the carbon brushes but it still wouldn’t work. He got his boss Marek to come and check the boards in the afternoon, and he confirmed that was the problem. He went away to try and source a second hand board, as £150 for new board not worth it given age of machine. He wasn’t able to get one sadly and texted me to let me know. How much did this all cost? £0! As no fix, no fee. Amazing, all done with a smile, good grace and totally covid- secure. No hesitation to recommend to all my friends.

White Eagle promptly agreed a next day date and time to repair our washing machine. The problem was quickly identified (new bushes required), a very reasonable quote given and the machine was fixed in 20 minutes together with a 6 month guarantee. Their service was first class and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Marek came to our house within 24 hours of me contacting his firm. He was able to quickly source a replacement for the broken part and he had our washing machine fixed in no time. Excellent service at a very reasonable price and I would not hesitate to use White Eagle again.

Tomek was exceptionally professional and clean - he looked smart, was friendly and left the house in exactly the same state as when he arrived. He was clear about what the problem was with our washing machine and microwave and the price was reasonable.

The door spring on our dishwasher failed and whilst it was still usable, the door would spring open very quickly.
Contacted White Eagle and left a message which was answered within half an hour.
The engineer (Tomak) agreed a date and time and turned up promptly. He analysed the fault and identified the broken part. There was an additional problem with a damaged bracket the part should attach to. Tomak took it upon himself to engineer a solution for this issue. A date was agreed for his return visit. Again he was very punctual and effected a repair within 40 minutes of arrival. The door now functions as intended.
Tomak is polite, punctual and made sure to work within current pandemic guidelines at all times.
No hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company based on our experience with Tomak and the office. They are added to our own 'trusted trader' contacts.

We had the heating element on our oven replaced. The service provided by White Eagle Repair was friendly, efficient and to a high standard. We were informed of the cost of the repair before it was carried out and given the option to proceed. The company was transparent about the cost and from our research the price was competitive. Thoroughly recommend this company for domestic appliance repairs.

They diagnosed the problem my appliance was having and found out it is fixable without an actual repair. As advertised, diagnostics and quotations are free, so they refused taking any money even as a tip.

Dishwasher repair. Very satisfied. White Eagle Repair came promptly, diagnosed the fault, sourced and ordered the new part (controller board) and finally returned to fit it. All very efficient. Would strongly recommend and be happy to use again.

Despite several attempts to clean a mouldy washing machine seal, I wasn’t seeing much improvement and decided to get some quotes to replace the seal. White Eagle Repair were quick to respond to emails, quoted a competitive price and arranged the job within a couple of days. Marek did a great job and the washing machine is now as good as new! Would highly recommend White Eagle and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Tomek replaced a heating element on a cooker for us. From the moment we contacted this company they were brilliant. They kept us informed all the way along about the ordering of the part and their timings for undertaking the job. They came exactly when they said they would and did a really neat and quick job. Their pricing was really honest and there were no hidden extras. Given that one Edinburgh company had quoted us three times as much as White Eagle Repair, I think you can see they don't try and make you pay for more than the work, parts VAT. Tomek was highly covid safe as well and very reassuring. We will certainly recommend them and cannot recommend them highly enough to you.
