Business Information
We are a local family run pest control business based in Edinburgh and serving all areas of Edinburgh and selected areas of the Lothians.
Proprietors Graeme and Sylvia Hill, along with son Andy, take extreme pride in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, so much so that much of our business is gained through customer recommendation.
Graeme and Andy have over 35 years joint experience in the pest control industry and Sylvia is perfectly placed to offer advice and reassurance. We offer fixed costs with no hidden extras, and as continuity is important, you will see the same pest control technician at all times should follow up be required.

We thought we had a wasps’ nest. Graham came out to check. Had a thorough look but couldn’t find anything explaining that I might have seen masonry bees instead. He didn’t charge us for the visit. He was knowledgable and friendly. When I originally booked I spoke to Sylvie, she was polite, knowledgable and did what she said she was going to do. The service we received from start to finish was first class. Would highly recommend. Thank you

I phoned for advice as thought might have a mouse problem and not sure what to do during COVID.
Received a phone call within an hour of posting an online query.
Was given very comprehensive and helpful guidance which was very reassuring and made me feel much more at ease with the situation.
Whilst I hope we are not in a situation to need to use Wee Critters Pest Control LTD (i.e. I hope we don't have mice!) I would have absolutely no hesitation to use them should the need arise.

Graeme at Wee Critters came out first thing the day after I called to treat for wasps even though he had been down in England the day before.
We were still having a problem with wasps in the days after the treatment and discovered another site where they were entering the loft. Graeme came out the same morning that I called about the second site even though it was a Saturday and didn't charge anything for treating the second site. Excellent prompt service and value for money. Would recommend.

Graeme attended to deal with a wasp's nest which we thought was in our attic. Turned out the nest was in my neighbours adjoining property so Graeme checked our attic space out to confirm we were definitely wasp free.
Didn't invoice me because he was not called into action. Much appreciated.
Punctual & great service from initial phone call right through to actual attendance.
Will definitely call Wee Critters as 1st contact if required in future.

We had gotten in contact with a concern about potential bed bugs after returning from holiday. Andy was extremely knowledgeable, and reassuring, and was able to quickly fit in investigating the problem, set up some monitoring boards, to determine if it was an issue. My 95 year old mother had wasps - well, she thought she did. The lovely operative, Graham, checked very thoroughly and found no pests. I was not charged for this and even if I had been, they were cheaper than the Council and there the next day as opposed to the 2 week wait from EDC. Delighted!

When I discovered to have a pest problem in my flat where I recently moved in, my landlord decided to promptly call Wee Critters.
Andy was really easy to talk to, really experienced, and replied immediately for any queries I had regarding things to avoid doing to attract more pests, as well as questions that me and my partner had out of personal curiosity about mice group behaviours.
If I know someone might need a pest efficient business to deal with their problem, I am definitely going to mention Wee Critters!

My dad had 4 wasp nests within his house that needed to be treated. Andy came out and used the powder spray. All gone within 24 hours. Andy was very professional, helpful, and such a nice guy, and I was really happy that I called on Wee Critters. Great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had been informed that we had a wasp's nest in our attic so I contacted Wee Critters Pest Control Ltd. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price and arrived within a couple of hours. After he checked the attic it turned out that we had a honey bee nest which they are not allowed to destroy. He was extremely apologetic about the fact he couldn't do anything to help and gave me advice on who to contact to deal with the problem. I was really impressed with their service and if I ever get another pest problem I would definitely use this company again
