We are a local family run pest control business based in Edinburgh and serving all areas of Edinburgh and selected areas of the Lothians.
Proprietors Graeme and Sylvia Hill, along with son Andy, take extreme pride in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, so much so that much of our business is gained through customer recommendation.
Graeme and Andy have over 35 years joint experience in the pest control industry and Sylvia is perfectly placed to offer advice and reassurance. We offer fixed costs with no hidden extras, and as continuity is important, you will see the same pest control technician at all times should follow up be required.

Telephone advice, freely given: Thank you to Sylvia who talked me through possibilities to help eradicate a mouse problem. The firm currently is unable to carry out house visits do to COVID-19, but Sylvia was very generous with her time, advice and self-help suggestions. If we need an in-person visit in the future, I definitely will be back in touch. Thank you again!

Graham came the day after I contacted the firm about a wasp nest in my former roof space. He checked out the problem, and did the work immediately. No fuss, no bother, except to the wasps. The cost was very reasonable, with a discount for seniors! I am very pleased with the service, and would certainly use Wee Critters again.

What a brilliant firm! I spotted a wasp's nest in a bird box in my garden at about 9.45am, got in touch with Wee Critters and the squatters were successfully evicted by lunch time. Very reasonable price and great people. Thank you.

Discovered a wasp nest in our attic and spoke to Sylvia who chatted me through the problem we had and made sure she had all the relevant info. She took time to educate me on the problem which was very helpful
Appointment was made for the following day but Graeme phoned less than an hour later to say he could call that day to deal with the nest
Graeme arrived, had a look at the problem and explained what he was going to do. Job done, he explained that he'd dealt with the nest, treated a few areas nearby and told us to keep an eye on the area where the wasps were. If we had any more problems to give him a call

Andy came to look at an issue with mice. He was on time, pleasant, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. It is clear he likes what he does!
After 2 visits, the issue was under control. We hope not to need him again, but he would definitely be our first port of call if we did!

Faultless from beginning to end. Call answered immediatly and Graeme was at property within 2 hours. Very quick service. I was very taken aback at the price (was 1/4 of what I had been expecting to pay). I would have absolutley no hesitation about recommending Wee Critters to anyone. Superb!

Would highly recommend Wee Critters. We had a very tricky mouse problem (quite established) in a house we recently moved into. It took quite some time to resolve but Andy got us through to finally eradicate it! He worked carefully with our neighbours too, and went above and beyond to help us try to prevent their return as much as possible. This all with only paying for the initial three visits. Thanks to Andy and Kirsty for the quality and professional service provided.
