Business Information
We are a local family run pest control business based in Edinburgh and serving all areas of Edinburgh and selected areas of the Lothians.
Proprietors Graeme and Sylvia Hill, along with son Andy, take extreme pride in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, so much so that much of our business is gained through customer recommendation.
Graeme and Andy have over 35 years joint experience in the pest control industry and Sylvia is perfectly placed to offer advice and reassurance. We offer fixed costs with no hidden extras, and as continuity is important, you will see the same pest control technician at all times should follow up be required.

Called WCPCS in morning when I found a wasp nest in house sofit. They phoned back within 2 hours and arranged to attend that afternoon.
Andy arrived with everything needed and completed work within 30 mins. Treatment was effective and the wasps have not returned.
WCPCS were polite, speedy and effective throughout. I'd use them again and recommend them to others.

Recommended by a friend. Professional, with prompt and efficient service in dealing with two wasps nests on my property at short notice. Price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

What a lovely business this is. Sylvia was very quick to respond by phone and email and got Graeme immediately on the case. 2 Wasp nests were removed in 15 minutes and got our problem sorted professionally and as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anybody who deals with wee critters!

I called Wee Critters in to deal with a flea problem left behind by the previous occupants of my new home. My initial phone call with Sylvia was very helpful and she gave me good advice to follow before Andy was able to come and apply the pesticide. The treatment worked very well and I would be happy to recommend Wee Critters, ‘though I hope I won’t need their services again!

We are monitoring for a possible issue at the moment and wee critters have been amazingly helpful. They have provided advice and support very promptly and helped relieve a lot of stress and worry. Sylvia and Andy took time to explain everything to us in a kind and knowledgable manner and we are very grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

Wee Critters were wonderful to work with. They were able to come out to us the day we called, were quick and efficient and very open about all our options to deal with our pest problem. Andy was wonderful and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend them and know that we will be using them again in the future.

Andy came out over a week ago to a problem I had in the house. I was so impressed with him. He checked area thoroughly where the problem was and put monitoring traps down and did his best to reassure me. He came back again and after another thorough check everything is clear. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and Wee Critters to anyone seeking reassurance in solving a problem.

Contacted Wee Critters regarding a wasps nest in our house. Sylvia gave advice and said Graeme could deal with problem same day. He arrived within 2 hours and problem solved.
I cannot recommend Wee Critters highly enough. They are polite, efficient, helpful and prices are very reasonable. All in all, I'm very grateful to have used them and would not hesitate to do so in future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Kirsty was so helpful in listening to the situation I found myself in with potential furry friends and then organising Andy to come for a site visit.
When Andy arrived, he explained about the behaviours of the Edinburgh mouse. A definite back to school moment for me, but really informative.
Andy explained the treatment that would be used and I was pleased to know it wouldn't be the traditional mouse trap scene that I would face.
I would definitely recommend Wee Critters, it was a very professional and friendly service they provided... if I ever find myself in the situation again at least I know who to call.

Graeme came to remove a pretty active wasps' byke, which turned out to be a good bit bigger than I realised. No fuss, he solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Nice bloke too!

Andy's knowledge of his industry is outstanding - trust him and his advice on pest control - he is polite, courteous, efficient and just all round great at his job
During renovation works I had rats - this winter mice - both times he carried out home visits at short notice and had the problem eradicated in super fast time - highly recommend

Andy and the team at Wee Critters were excellent dealing with a tricky flea infestation. They attended really quickly and Andy provided a wealth of expertise to ensure we identified the problem, found the right solution and treated it. Throughout he provided quality advice. Really impressive service.

Andy is professional, highly skilled and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and full of really valuable information and advice. He sorted my issues with hide beetle and I learned a lot about this but many other pests that can affect our living environment. Communication with Wee Critters was always prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend this very effective local and family owned business.

First time using this company to deal with wasps. Arrived promptly and Graeme took his time to deal with the problem effectively. Friendly service and we weren't 'stung' by the cost. Would recommend, and will be using this company next year should the wasps take up lodgings again.
