Work done July/August 2020. Bill Ritchie renewed my whole roof including facias, soffits and guttering. Very happy with the work progress and the quality of the finished work. Price very competitive. Reliable time keeping. Neat and tidy work. Good communication and easy to deal with. Very professional.

Bill Ritchie has repaired my roof on several occasions. He offers a reliable and realistically priced service. He is extremely professional and takes time to explain exactly what is wrong and how he will fix it.

Ritchie roofing have completed 2 or 3 jobs for our building from the latest a minir roof leak to a significant re rendering of the whole gable end of the building . The service has always been good value , quality and dependable , what more do you want ?

Bill lead wrapped the base for our large lounge / patio window and sealed the surrounding area with lead and waterproofing. The work was carried out promptly and professionally, and I have complete confidence in the end result. Would definitely recommend this company.

The contractor carried out a roof inspection and carried out the required work quickly and for a very reasonable price.I also had an emergency call out and he was with us within 4 hours and completed the repair again at a very reasonable price.

We had a problem with a leak beside a dormer window. MR. Ritchie came within 3 hours, fixed the problem promptly and the cost was very fair. My impression was of a good, honest tradesman.

Bill and his team are very professional and easy to deal with. Rapid response to any queries and provided several quotes for various options. As our work (roof leak) required prompt attention, we were delighted that Bill's team could handle it within a reasonable time frame. Quality of the work undertaken by Bill & team was excellent, and we will definitely be going back to him should we have any other roofing issues.

A very responsible company due to several delays with the weather (rain & frost). Roof verge & ridge tiles needed re-pointing. Clean, efficient & good work done. Will definitely use again & recommend. Also organised work to be done on two of my neighbours ridge tiles, both parties very happy with the work & price considering another company quoted four times as much for the same work.
