Bill lead wrapped the base for our large lounge / patio window and sealed the surrounding area with lead and waterproofing. The work was carried out promptly and professionally, and I have complete confidence in the end result. Would definitely recommend this company.

The contractor carried out a roof inspection and carried out the required work quickly and for a very reasonable price.I also had an emergency call out and he was with us within 4 hours and completed the repair again at a very reasonable price.

A very responsible company due to several delays with the weather (rain & frost). Roof verge & ridge tiles needed re-pointing. Clean, efficient & good work done. Will definitely use again & recommend. Also organised work to be done on two of my neighbours ridge tiles, both parties very happy with the work & price considering another company quoted four times as much for the same work.

Contacted Bill to look at our roof as it was leaking after bad weather. He came out to look at the job quickly and advised broken tiles needed replaced, both Watergates cleared and any cracks repaired, gutters needed cleared and missing pointing on the ridge needed replaced. He was one of the cheaper quotes and seemed friendly and knowledgeable so went with him.

He was busy so told us there may be a wait until he got around to the job which was fine. He then came around and replaced broken roof tiles and we received the invoice. I went to look at the work and noticed none of the missing ridge pointing had been replaced and still seemed to me to be debris in the watergates so phoned and left a voicemail and also emailed asking for a call to discuss the work, never received any communication, but he did come around just over a week later to do the ridge, but still never any contact from him.

Good value for money, but customer service could be improved.

This is the second job that W.A. Ritchie have undertaken for me and again it's been a great quality job at good price, performed very professionally.
