Bill did various repairs on our roof (missing slates, new hip ridges), fitted new fascia boards and replaced an old leaking downpipe. Work done to a high standard and site left clean and tidy at the end. Would recommend.

Our job involved repair of damage to harling and repainting on a gable wall. It was very reasonably priced and was completed quickly and tidily. Bill was a pleasure to deal with and we’ll use this trader for any other building or roofing works.

Having used Bill in the past to reroof our house, we asked him to install new uPVC fascia boards to our extension, which we are very pleased with. Bill is very friendly and professional. Arrived when promised and tidied up well on completion. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We needed help at very short notice and Bill was really accommodating - taking a visit to our site and taking time to understand our needs even though it wasn't a huge job. He took the job on, turned up when he said he would, got the job done well and with no fuss - can't ask for anything more.

We had some slates replaced and ridge tiles repaired/ replaced.
Mr Ritchie is a busy and much in demand builder, so we had to wait a while for his services, but on the day he and his assistant did a sterling job, explained things well, and tidied up after they had finished. We are happy with the repairs they did.

Bill undertook repair works to our roof guttering, fitted a downpipe bracket and investigated a potentially blocked rainwater downpipe. A friendly service and happy to clarify what he was planning to undertake etc. We have used him many times before and would recommend.

Ritchie’s built a communal garden wall putting in place a concrete foundation.
I’ve seen his other work and from discussions about the job and other aspects of building he is clearly an expert builder. Worth waiting for !
