It’s been over a year since we had a completely new bathroom installed and it was one of the best things we’ve ever done. From the very first visit/estimate and throughout the whole fitting, the company were friendly, approachable, trustworthy, efficient, tidy and reliable. They did an excellent job and the end result still looks (and works) fantastic after 18 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vulcan, and would certainly use them again.

Vulcan Services have done a great job on a range of works for me recently - including a boiler service and smoke/CO alarm check, fitting a new shower, bathroom and kitchen taps plus installing a range of new appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, single oven and induction hob.

Whilst not the cheapest option, Vulcan Services consistently do a very professional job. There is a great back office team that reliably price and schedule the work, and a great bunch of guys who visit site - who are always friendly, engaging and knowledgeable.

You pay for quality work which I am happy to do... I've been using Vulcan Services for nearly a decade and can highly recommend their services.

Investigated a leak in the bathroom which had leaked through the downstairs ceiling. Vulcan were very fast and efficient, they sent a plumber next day after the call!

Des, the plumber was very professional and experienced, who worked through the possible causes methodically and identified the cause correctly. Vulcan then sent a plumber to carry out the repair the next day. We, our tenants and the lady below were all pleased how quickly Vulcan had responded!

We will be very happy to use Vulcan in the future.

Replacement of electric shower-carried out efficiently and quickly.

Vulcan services help with the inspection for our flats landlord legal paperwork and inspection for the Fixed Wiring, Pat testing and all the legionella work.

Brilliant to work with and the office we help and understanding with what was need and flexible with the timing as I had to get from Edinburgh from Dunbar to give access to the engineers.

The engineers were brilliant, and the work carried out perfect - thats us all signed off for another year and I know who we will be using in 2027!

Vulcan have provided all our home plumbing & heating requirements for many years now, and hopefully for many more to come. They are an excellent firm and all their management & staff are professional, helpful and courteous at all times. And their charges are fair & reasonable.

Excellent experience with Vulcan Services - when our boiler broke they were able to send someone out the same day to assess it, and arranged for parts and repairs quickly over the Christmas period. They were very easy to communicate with, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely continue to use them for our boiler and gas fire servicing going forward, and highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. My boiler was old & condemned on a Friday and I had a new boiler fitted by the next Wednesday. The 2 engineers who attended were pleasant, did a tidy job inside & outside and even hoovered the bathroom.

Excellent job - cheerful, polite and competent team. Turned a walk-in cupboard into a functioning cloakroom/shower room in an 1890s basement flat. Not a straightforward task but met all the difficulties without fuss.

From the initial estimation/scoping visit onwards, we had confidence the ensuite shower room refurbishment would be done professionally. The Vulcan tradesmen were capable, conscientious and courteous. We are really pleased with the result!

We needed an EICR. Vulcan responded very quickly. The electrician was excellent, he tested the system thoroughly and repaired a minor fault discovered during testing.
Impressed that they responded so well to a minor job I will be happy to use them to use them in the future

We've used Vulcan twice now for a boiler check and a toilet repair and are very pleased with their service. They were able to squeeze us in at short notice when another company let us down, the prices were fair, communication good, and the tradesmen polite and helpful. We'll definitely use them again.

The work involved a shower room upgrade.
Vulcan Gas are a professional and courteous organisation. The actual onsite work was carried out quietly in an efficient and well organised manner. The administration and office support responses were timely and professional.

The team at Vulcan were amazing from the initial contact with Jade and Sharon in the office (and Nick too working in the background) right through to surveying and designing the bathroom with Des.

They completed the work within the agreed timescales to a very high standard. They were meticulous whilst working and paid attention to detail ensuring that everything was fitted perfectly and to our satisfaction.
