I had a new click vinyl floor laid in my en-suite bathroom, including replacing the ply underneath, and I am very pleased with it.
I also had an intermediate step constructed outside my back door. It is proving useful and I am particularly pleased that it fits in with the surrounding brickwork and doesn't stand out as something added on.
I appreciated the care and detail in the estimate and all my questions were answered promptly and satisfactorily. The team were friendly and efficient, I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly consider using them again.

The team replaced a shower in what had been a cupboard in a tenement flat. The guys were excellent - very professional, polite, tidy, patient and they delivered great quality. It was a very tight space in a small flat so not easy to work in - as a result the project took longer than planned. The team kept us informed of progress and didn't compromise quality in a bid to finish the work sooner. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and I would certainly have Brunon and the team back in the future.

Brunon and his Sweet Homes team designed and built a media wall with a built-in electric fire for us, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

Brunon and his team came in to work on a job that had been half done by a cowboy. There was a lot of undoing and redoing of various jobs, but nothing was too much of an issue. Finishing off kitchen installation, building a built-in cupboard, flooring, plastering, window surrounds, re-fitting a bath and much more. Alex did a large part of the work and was a testament to the company - as were all the other guys. Always on time, trustworthy, worked solidly all day and were even really good with our young daughter. Brunon was great with communicating as there were many challenges uncovered along the way, and he was also great in advising on options, knowing the building regs in intimate detail - invaluable! I would not hesitate in getting them back in for any small or large job and would highly recommend.

Gold star service. The communication was excellent, really upfront, offered insurance details, reviews. Made the whole process easy. The job was done by friendly, tidy workmen to an excellent standard. I really recommend their work.

Brunon and team did not start the work on the day they said they would. They came in early morning and said they would return and did not. They then offered to come in at 7am the next day to get ahead, but were late in arriving and didn’t ever start the work.

They were uncommunicative throughout and I spoke with the main contractor - Brunon, his team would then say something different and then his other staff would call and give other instruction. My quote changed 4 times, finally increasing by 50% in total, even though Brunon and another team member had been out to assess what was needed ahead of time. They also arrived twice without the required materials.

Brunon himself was rude, not transparent and difficult to work with, unable to tell me when his team would arrive when they were delayed and then after his men spent 2 hours in my house pulling up carpets, they walked off the job leaving carpets torn up and additional materials in my house.

I phoned him to ask where they had gone and his assistant didn’t know. They finally got back to me to say they have gone to another job.

I wouldn’t work with Brunon again, it was distressing, confusing and my house has been left in a worse state than when they arrived. I’ve also lost two days of work and found it difficult to understand the true cost as the materials required kept changing even although the original work did not.

Brunon and his team installed a new kitchen for me. They did a very nice job of it and I'm pleased with the result. They did make a couple of mistakes on the final invoice but they were were prompt to correct them when I pointed them out. They were also very helpful with advice on the process.

Lathe and plaster ceiling brought down and a new ceiling installed, whilst preserving the original cornicing and centre rose.

Brunon and his team completed the work to what I thought was a very high standard. I had been worried about the amount of dust that would be generated by bringing the old plaster down but amazingly very little escaped into the adjacent hall. They used a large extractor fan to take the dust out of my window and also used a plastic seal on the door and together these obviously worked really well.

Brunon kept me up to date with detailed daily emails describing the teams progress. And on the first day when he was caught in heavy traffic caused by the trains being cancelled following a storm he phoned twice to give me updates on his eta.

I also had a condemned gas fire in my lounge and the team removed this for me, plastered the resulting hole and installed an air vent. All for no extra charge.

All in all I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship of Brunon and his team and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We hired Brunon Rogowski Ltd to build a large bespoke bookcase in our living room, cupboard shelving and repair four outside window sills. From the first enquiry and consultation, to the work being carried out and the finished product we were very happy with Brunon and his team did. We would definitely use them again.

We had Alex out for a relatively small job of putting up a new stair handrail and a 2m long shelf in our living room. He was punctual, great at communicating what he was going to do next and asking us what we wanted. He kept the place tidy throughout, working outside when doing the dusty parts of the job and he especially handled a couple of unexpected problems really well. Happy to recommend them to friends and would definitely get work done again by them.

Another tradesman installed a new boiler for us and damaged a pipe which caused a leak from our flat through our floor into the flat below. We asked Brunon to come out and inspect any damage that had happened to our place.

He arrived right on time, looked around the problem area and concluded that we wouldn't need any repairs done - because of the type of flooring and the style of house he saw that all leaked water would have drained through our floor and into the downstairs flat. So everything would have drained away and not caused any damage that would need fixing. Good news!

I expected that he would charge us the quoted fee for the first hour of his call-out which was £90. I asked him how I should pay him and he said that he didn't feel that we owed him anything because he hadn't done anything (other than giving us very helpful professional advice), so we didn't need to pay him anything.

He was really fair to us, very helpful, and very likeable. He'll certainly be the first guy I contact for any further work we need done in our house in the future.

We had some shelves installed and a large mirror hung, and Brunon Rogowski Ltd was wonderful to work with. Always showed up when they said they would, were very clear about what they would do, and installed some of the most secure and robust shelving I've ever seen. I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Replacement of old timber deck with new composite deck. This included the removal of the old structure & construction of a new one as well as a new timber balustrade.

Brunon and his team were on time every day. The site was always left tidy overnight and Brunon was always happy to chat and explain what they were doing. As well as the team on site the team in the office were also very helpful at keeping us updated with start dates, discussing material choices and dealing with payment.

We are very happy with the results, the new deck feels very solid and looks great. We would certainly use Brunon again and would highly recommend his services.

Our lounge and hall were in dire need of renovation. Brunon, Alex and the team completed a full refurb - including:

* completely stripping both rooms
* Filling in our old fireplace
* replastering the walls and ceilings
* fitting new architraves and skirting
* building and installing new cabinets in alcoves
* co-ordinating all the electrical and lighting work
* painting the walls, ceilings, doors & woodwork
* repairing damaged floorboards and laying new LVT flooring throughout

The team were very hard working and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
Brunon and Anna were always contactable, offering help and advice when required.

Even after the work was completed, Brunon came back out and touched up some paintwork, after a couch delivery caused some damage to a door frame.

A professional job by all. The work was completed to a really high standard and I am delighted with it all.

Did a beautiful job of tiling my small kitchen this year. All communication with the office before and after the job was very efficient and organised. Aleks, who did the tiling work, was prompt, conscientious and precise, and found good solutions for things like trickier corners. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, everything was done to an excellent standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After a few years putting up with deteriorating, poorly installed decking at the back of our flat we decided to have it replaced with sandstone paving. Brunon and Conrad did a great job. They’re communicative, professional, tidy and attentive and a genuine pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a very high standard, to the original quote and schedule, and went very smoothly considering how tricky it can be to access the back of an Edinburgh tenement for jobs like this. They even fixed a broken doorknob on the shared back door, something I hadn’t got around to doing myself. Cheers! We’d certainly use Brunon and his team for any future jobs, they’re great guys and are a credit to their profession.

Completely new upstairs bathroom fitted, fully painted, and a water pump added for the new electric shower.

Also retiling of the floors in the kitchen and utility room, and repainting the utility room.
