We decided to have bathroom and ensuite done at the same time. Both rooms were stripped back to bare walls, completely refitted, walls and floors tiled, fans installed and paintwork done. We were delighted and impressed by the professional service. Communication was excellent. Completely reliable in all aspects - always arrived on time, laid protective covering everywhere, cleaned up at the end of each day and were always cheerful and helpful. The end result is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their attention to detail is amazing. They were recommended to us by a previous customer and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Michal & Nick converted our single garage into an extra living space. This included a new floor, window installation, external timber cladding, door fitting, plasterwork and decorating. Michal recommended an excellent plumber and worked well with our electrician. Communication was a highlight; clear, efficient and always friendly. The guys were extremely hard working and completed the project on time and budget. We would definitely recommend their services.

Mike and his team are first class professionals. They were on hand throughout the planning process for our bathroom refit and stayed in touch each day throughout the work.

Mike and his team made a lovely job of putting our bathroom back together after it had to be taken apart to deal with a damp problem. They had to refit the bath, shower, shower screen, sink and cabinet. They removed what was left of the electric underfloor heating and floor tiles and replaced with new. They fitted wet wall around the bath. We’re very happy with the work they did. They are very professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem that couldn’t be resolved. They arrived when they said they would. We’d be very happy to use them again.

Scott-Eco Builders recently did a complete remodel of our bathroom, removing everything in it, updated the old plumbing, and fit in a new bathtub, sink, toilet and towel radiator. Michal and his team were fantastic throughout the whole project. The tile work is exquisite and the entire finish is beautiful. They were also incredibly tidy and took care to clean up every day. Moreover, they were very nice to work with - incredibly friendly and considerate. We would not hesitate to ask Scot-Eco Builders to complete another project in our home and I have already recommended them to a friend.

Total renovation of our New Town flat - new flooring throughout, new walls put up, two new bathrooms, new kitchen in different room, installing the kitchen, new hung ceilings in every room (8), all plastered and painted. New bathrooms installed, with showers, sinks and baths. a massive job and Mike and his team were great through out and very helpful. Scott-eco Builders completely renovated my flat. This included replacing the kitchen and bathroom plus tiling both. I was very pleased with the result. The walls and ceilings required plastering throughout. The work was all of a high standard and completed on the time scale given. Many different trades were involved and Mike kept me well informed as the work progressed.

Scott Eco Builders provided a fantastic service in every respect - we had a tricky bathroom to refurbish and they did it on time, within budget and to an extremely high standard. They maintained excellent communication with us while the work was going on which was much appreciated. They also left the entire flat completely spotless after they were done. Overall extremely happy with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking to get anything done.

The loo seat had come loose from an inbuilt sink and loo unit and I contacted Scott-Echo to find out if they could help repair.
Mike attended very promptly and was able to quickly put everything back into place for me, the job perhaps was simpler than I thought it would be.
What happened next has put my faith in this company's work ethic, work standards and sheer decency beyond question.
Mike did not charge me for the service nor did he charge me for the journey time he took to travel to my home.
Scott-Echo's number is stored in the memory of my phone now and I'll be passing this number onto anyone looking for a plumber.

A bit of a mixed review. Company wasn't the cheapest we got quotes for but we were assured of a quality and timely service.
Overall painting quality was ok and they certainly had enough people to do the job quickly however there was a lot of painted sprayed on brand new flooring and also on our new doors (despite asking that these were covered up) which we then had to clean.
I was also uncomfortable that one of the team felt it was ok to have a good old nosey around all of the rooms in our house, even when we were there!
Finally there was some small residual work which the guys were due to come back and complete (and promised they would) however as we'd already paid in full they never returned and we completed the work ourselves.

Michal and the team helped to transform a seriously water damaged kitchen, bathroom, and adjacent areas back to the original with a deadline to meet . Everyone worked exceptionally hard but also efficiently, and always discussed details beforehand. I was very grateful to all of the guys

I had a tenement flat in need of refurbishment and Michal did a good job for me. I needed the work done on short notice and to make matters worse I work in a different part of the country most of the time but Michal accommodated me and was able to organise workers for me to do several jobs and effectively project managed while I was away. His quotes were fair and he communicated exactly what he would do and what he would not do. He always turned up on time, and texted and messaged me every day, and finished the jobs when he said he would. So I would not hesitate to use Michal again.

I highly recommend Mike, Igor and the guys. They were quick to come out and quote for the job and once they started they worked hard to complete the job to a tight deadline. Nothing was too much trouble and we received constant updates. They left the house spotless. The result is fantastic and the standard of workmanship extremely high. Will definelty use them again.

I found these guys on this site. They took on a tricky job that others did not want to touch. They were great value for money, efficient, reliable and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them and if they found a problem they came up with a solution for it. I plan to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

We were recommended Scott Eco Builders from a friend who had previous used then and we found the very professional, courteous and friendly review of the company to be absolutely correct with Mike doing an excellent job.

We requested the flat we had just purchased to be repainted throughout and Mike was able to slot us in at short notice. After an initial consultation, we were advised on the most suitable type of paint to purchase for each area of the flat (we have an 18 month old child so wipe clean walls are a must!) and after selecting the colour Mike purchased the paint and met us at the flat on the selected start date.

We got a number of calls throughout the job to let us know how the job was progressing and once finished. The end result is to a very high standard and the flat has been left immaculately clean.

Cannot recommend mike and his team highly enough. They made an excellent job of our bathroom. Polite, helpful and reliable. Everything you want from a tradesman and we have already arranged for them to come back and look at doing our kitchen for us too.

Hired Scott-Eco for a bathroom refurbishment, bathroom to shower room for my elderly mother. Great job. Very punctual, hard working guys who always cleaned up after themselves. Would use again and would recommend.

Michal and his team at Scott-Eco Builders did a great job of re-modelling my elderly mum's bedroom to make it more comfortable and safer for her. The job involved packing up and moving a lot of personal belongings, and disposing of old furniture before the decorating work could even begin. The team stripped the walls of 2 layers of paper, prepared and smoothed the walls before painting. The carpet was taken up and disposed off and new laminate flooring laid. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and the team. They picked up the new furniture I has chosen, assembled it and left everything perfect. Light fittings and plugs were replaced to leave a really professional job.
As I am abroad, everything had to be communicated over the phone and Mike and Igor were very patient with this potential difficulty. They were polite and courteous to my parents who are delighted with the work.
I am very satisfied with the work done, the time it took and the price it cost. I will be using this team again in the future for similar projects and moreover, they have a domestic cleaning service which I will make use of in a few weeks. Many thanks for a super job.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and the Scott Eco builders team even though I hesitated before hiring them as I wasn't sure if it would be better to have a Scottish company.

They did a complete bathroom re-fit for us and laid a new floor/fitted new radiator & taps in downstairs loo as well. The guys worked hard for long hours each day. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day, including washing the floors. They took care over the work they produced and even came back when we did notice a tiny flaw, they put it right within a couple of days. I can't say anything bad about them. Always friendly and willing to listen / chat about any concerns you may have.
