Second job using Mike and team - cloakroom refurbishment this time.

Very pleased with the quality of work and a good price. Would have no hesitation in using Scott-Eco Builders again in the future.

Michal & Nick converted our single garage into an extra living space. This included a new floor, window installation, external timber cladding, door fitting, plasterwork and decorating. Michal recommended an excellent plumber and worked well with our electrician. Communication was a highlight; clear, efficient and always friendly. The guys were extremely hard working and completed the project on time and budget. We would definitely recommend their services.

I found these guys on this site. They took on a tricky job that others did not want to touch. They were great value for money, efficient, reliable and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them and if they found a problem they came up with a solution for it. I plan to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Mike, Igor and their team were very prompt to respond to our request for a quote. They were reliable and did exactly what they said they would. The loo seat had come loose from an inbuilt sink and loo unit and I contacted Scott-Echo to find out if they could help repair.
Mike attended very promptly and was able to quickly put everything back into place for me, the job perhaps was simpler than I thought it would be.

Mike did not charge me for the service nor did he charge me for the journey time he took to travel to my home.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job stripping out and replacing an existing bathroom. Excellent communication and very responsive. Overall finish and quality is brilliant. Very happy with the finished product - will use Mike again and would definitely recommend.

We decided to have bathroom and ensuite done at the same time. Both rooms were stripped back to bare walls, completely refitted, walls and floors tiled, fans installed and paintwork done. We were delighted and impressed by the professional service. Communication was excellent. Completely reliable in all aspects - always arrived on time, laid protective covering everywhere, cleaned up at the end of each day and were always cheerful and helpful. The end result is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their attention to detail is amazing. They were recommended to us by a previous customer and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Mike and his team renovated bathrooms in a house we had bought, it was a big job because there was damp so they had to replace floors and all the plumbing. They did a fabulous job installing the new bathrooms, tiling and fixing electrical issues upgrading the safety of the isolation switches.
The price was very fair and they were a pleasure to work with. Totally recommend Mike for this kind of job.

Michal and his whole team have been fantastic from start to finish, they are friendly and reliable. I needed some emergency work done to my bathroom, and they exceeded my expectations with the results. One thing that really stood out to me was the teams attention to detail, which has left me with a new bathroom I adore.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and the Scott Eco builders team even though I hesitated before hiring them as I wasn't sure if it would be better to have a Scottish company.

They did a complete bathroom re-fit for us and laid a new floor/fitted new radiator & taps in downstairs loo as well. The guys worked hard for long hours each day. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day, including washing the floors. They took care over the work they produced and even came back when we did notice a tiny flaw, they put it right within a couple of days. I can't say anything bad about them. Always friendly and willing to listen / chat about any concerns you may have.

Fantastic bunch of guys,they take so much pride in their work. Attention to detail second to none. Friendly, hard working, and always keep you informed. Their work ethic is spot on. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be using them again,they do a fantastic job.

I had a tenement flat in need of refurbishment and Michal did a good job for me. I needed the work done on short notice and to make matters worse I work in a different part of the country most of the time but Michal accommodated me and was able to organise workers for me to do several jobs and effectively project managed while I was away. His quotes were fair and he communicated exactly what he would do and what he would not do. He always turned up on time, and texted and messaged me every day, and finished the jobs when he said he would. So I would not hesitate to use Michal again.

Michal and his team at Scott-Eco Builders did a great job of re-modelling my elderly mum's bedroom to make it more comfortable and safer for her. The job involved packing up and moving a lot of personal belongings, and disposing of old furniture before the decorating work could even begin. The team stripped the walls of 2 layers of paper, prepared and smoothed the walls before painting. The carpet was taken up and disposed off and new laminate flooring laid. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and the team. They picked up the new furniture I has chosen, assembled it and left everything perfect. Light fittings and plugs were replaced to leave a really professional job.
As I am abroad, everything had to be communicated over the phone and Mike and Igor were very patient with this potential difficulty. They were polite and courteous to my parents who are delighted with the work.
I am very satisfied with the work done, the time it took and the price it cost. I will be using this team again in the future for similar projects and moreover, they have a domestic cleaning service which I will make use of in a few weeks. Many thanks for a super job.

This co. Identifief and remedied a long term bathroom leak that 2 previous co. surveys had failed to find. This co. Set about remedying the problem straight away, involving new flooring, a partition wall, panelling and advising on fittings, and removal of the old. They were efficient, hard working and knew what they were doing and great to deal with at every stage.
