Amazing!!

We inherited a complete and utter mess of a front garden. We did a bit of work on it but we were getting nowhere.
We found P1 on this site, called them and David came round for a look. Gave him a rough outline of what we needed and what our budget was... and added we were going on holiday in 3 weeks and that would be the ideal time to do it.
5 weeks later we came home to a perfectly finished driveway. We left 90% of the design in his hands and he most certainly delivered. The quality of the work is second to none and a price that no one could match.
Would I use or recommend P1? of course we will, we also inherited a mess of a back garden.
We have been completely blown away by now only the workmanship and professionalism of David and the team but by the personal and friendly nature too. Nothing is too much hassle and you get the feeling they really care about the work they do.

For several years I have employed this company both for regular grass-cutting and for occasional specific jobs ranging from an initial blitz of my neglected garden through weeding, building a seed bed and a net frame for peas draining and refilling the fish pond to building a fence round the entire garden.
at all times I have found their manager, Mr Gillan, attentive and helpful and the workmen efficient, tidy and polite. their charges have always been competitive and I would not hesitate to engage them again.

The work carried out to cutting my property's garden hedges, repair of fence, demolition of a crumbling arbour, plus weeding, was first-class.
Thereafter, all debris was removed from my premises with no mess left behind.
Also, the men who came to carry out the work were quietly courteous and went about their business in a professional, swift and workmanlike manner.
Overall, the price was competitive and fair.

A replacement patio and paving. We are so pleased that we decided upon P1 Solutions to update our garden. If we said that once during the work, we said it a hundred times. It was their 5* rating that appealed to us and David’s openness and honesty that sealed the deal. Every aspect of the work was controlled and supervised by David so that we were not put out in any way. The guys carrying out the work, Henrick and Kris, were absolutely brilliant, enthusiastic workers. They were courteous, appreciative, everything was do-able, they offered solutions for the best outcome, and their work area was left spotless every day. If we were in business these days we would be delighted if we had such grafters. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Our new patio is better than we envisaged thanks to P1’s suggestions. We just keep looking at it enjoying the workmanship. The 5* rating is well deserved.

A great job from start to finish. Dave was very helpful and advised on how to best develop my original plan. Henrick and his team worked extremely hard and the work was to a very high standard with everything tidied up afterwards. We are delighted with the finished works and would have no hesitation in recommending P1.

P1 came up trumphs for us. David helped put shape (literally) to our vague ideas. Trees, shrubs,old slabs, etc. were all removed quickly and cleanly. New topsoil, sleepers,and paving all arrived on schedule in spite of quite restricted access. The team of two worked really hard putting everything together. David worked closely with us as things took shape and ideas changed and we are delighted with the end result: a really attractive town garden layout.

I hired P1 Landscaping to replace a fence and fix another fence which had become unstable. P1 Landscaping provided me with a very competitve quote for this work. The team were able to complete the work efficently, to a high standard with minimal disruption. In addition, David provided me with a quote for hedge cutting which the team also completed to a very high standard. I'm really pleased with the service provided and I would have no hesitation recommending this company to others.

David and his team came to do the second part of our garden renovation. The men arrived on time each day and worked non-stop to get the job done. The work was finished to a high standard and all waste was cleared away. Particular care was taken to avoid damage to the existing lawn and surrounding plants in what were challenging weather conditions. Communication between us and the team was excellent with David keeping a close eye on progress and ensuring that we were kept informed of what was happening. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work and I would recommend P1 Solutions to anyone looking to have good quality garden work done. An excellent service at a fair price.

We've recently moved into a new build and the garden was just earth surrounded by a fence. We're not keen gardeners, so just wanted something relatively straightforward and basic - essentially so we could sit out in the garden for bbq's/drinks etc.

We had a rough idea of what we wanted: paving, a base for the shed and turf. I contacted David after reading the reviews on this site and he got straight back to me. David understood our needs and budget and gave us realistic ideas to keep the project within our budget. We agreed on a price and the work was carried out the following week.

All the staff were really friendly and accommodating and we didn't pay for anything until we were fully satisfied. Really happy with the final results.

We had the driveway paved. Excellent service and everyone onsite was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use P1 again.

P1 Solutions landscaped our garden, front back and both sides. Work included design, clearance, paving, lawns, fencing, gates, borders and driveway.

David's design was very much in line with our outline brief, and he was very flexible during the build in dealing with changes we requested as we went along.

His team were polite and hard-working; snagging issues were resolved professionally and with minimum fuss; price was very competitive; David kept a close eye on progress and kept us informed on any delays (only a couple of minor issues due to weather) and suggestions for improvements as the garden took shape. He had a clear interest in wanting to ensure we had the best garden we could get for our budget.

Finished result is excellent. Will definately use P1 Solutions again for similar works.

Work was done to an exceptionally high standard and the sheer physical input of the men had to be seen to be believed.
We had no real plan for the work, but the site agent, David, was perfectly happy to work with us and adapt as we went along.
What started off as a simple fence erection ended up in a total makeover of the garden - which certainly wouldn't have happened if we had been in any way unhappy with the standard of the work done.
I cannot be too effusive in my recommendation of this trader.

In my capacity as an Estates and Property Officer working for Ediburgh City Council, I have used Premier One for over 15 years. Have found them to be reliable, conscenious, flexible and trustworthy.Their skillbase covers all aspects from garden maintenance to major environmental projects.I have received many plaudits on their behalf from local residents, Community Councils as well as elected members. They are a company that is prepared to go the extra mile in trying to solve any problems that is presented to them.

This is the first time we have used P1 Landscaping and would certainly use them again. We required fencing down each side of a large garden. David provided suggestion followed up by emailing images, which we found most helpful to enable us to visualise. His team were very prompt, professional and extremely tidy. We are very happy with the end product.

We were looking to have our back and side garden landscaped; it was overgrown, the fence and decking was on its last legs.  We gave David the brief that we would like it to be low maintenance, contemporary and bright.

David listened to this and proposed some ideas on design and materials. 

The work included design, clearing all the existing decking/trees/shrubs, new fencing/gate, levelling the garden and laying astro turf, & sub base for new shed and an area for our bins.

We are thrilled with the result.  With the patio, astro and stones, our back/side garden now appears larger and brighter and requires very little ongoing maintenance. 

Delighted with the back garden, we then asked for the front garden to be overhauled, removing the tree and replacing the grass/existing paving with monoblock, in keeping with the building.  Again, David considered our request and accommodated us.  We were not sure what layout we wanted, David guided us through this, deciding on the style and overall look which was helpful.  He was flexible with our changes along the way.

The quality of workmanship is excellent, thanks also to Henrik as he worked relentlessly each day through the bad weather.  Guys were friendly, polite, trustworthy and always tidied up. 

The results speak for themselves. Both our front and back gardens have been completely transformed.
