I contacted David Gillan at P1 about my garden fencing being a mess and if he could deal with this. From the word go I was impressed, fast efficient response with expert planning and advice. The new fencing has been completed to a very high standard and complications that occurred were conquered professionally with a positive can do attitude. To say I am happy with my new fencing is an understatement. Very tidy hard workers to say the least and I can look forward to enjoying my garden more.

I needed a new garden fence along a boundary wall. The old fence posts had to be removed, heavy greenery cut back and a new fence installed. There was additional effort as access to the garden had to be via the house. I contacted P1 as I wanted a 'trusted trader' and that's exactly what I got. Everything done to my requirements and absolutely no mess left behind. I am extremely pleased with the service - thank you David and team.

We used David and his team to do some work in our garden last year and were more than impressed. The men worked extremely hard, barely stopping for a break and the quality of the finish was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to listen to what we wanted and then did it. When we needed someone to do a garden tidy at my mother-in-law’s before it goes on the market I had no hesitation in asking P1 to come and do the work. Once again I cannot fault them and we are looking forward to David doing phase 2 of our own garden later in the year. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I know that they will always do a fantastic job for a reasonable price.

David and his team replaced an old wire fence at the rear of our garden with a new wooden hit and miss style fence. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and in remarkably short time. They also removed all the old fencing, and left the area neat and tidy. Overall extremely happy with all aspects of the service provided. Can't recommend highly enough.

Type of fence recommended by David fitted our needs perfectly. Very high quality work as expected (we have used P1 before). Solidly constructed and absolutely straight (as judged by a spirit level). Nicely stepped up from the other fence P1 built a few years ago. This new fence is solid to stop weeds and creepers coming through from the woodland behind. The photo attached is after I painted with medium oak fence paint.

I had a new patio put down, raised beds made, new path and old shed removed and new base put down. I had a variety of different materials, Victorian tiles, herringbone pavers, slabs and compacted gravel. From the very start Minnie and her team were amazing! Minnie was extremely helpful ordering all the various materials nothing was to much trouble. Marion and his team of builders worked very fast but did everything to a very high standard! No cutting corners. Everything was left nice and tidy when they were finished for the day.

Completed job very fast and to high standard

P1 Solutions carried out extensive works to my front garden, back garden and my driveway. It was quite the undertaking due to my back garden being very uneven, with really limited access to the back garden.

I had beautiful ebony and grey coloured resin laid on my front drive, edged off with light grey granite setts. This was an unbelievable transformation from my old driveway which was made up of council slabs. Most importantly, P1 managed to extend the length of my driveway by double without eating into any back garden space, allowing 2 cars to now park on it.

My back garden was levelled off and made into 2 tiers. On the bottom tier I had anthracite grey porcelain laid, with the upper tier having artificial turf on one side of the garden and a putting green on the other side. The 2 sides of the upper tier was split beautifully by a winding porcelain path which connected the upper tier of the garden to the lower tier along with 2 purpose built porcelain steps at the crest of the path.

My back garden was finished off with a cracking anthracite grey composite fence which was the icing on the cake and tied the gardens’ and the resin driveway together meticulously. The back garden was separated from the front garden and driveway by an anthracite composite gate.

My front garden seen the grass shaped into a lovely contour by the resin and granite setts, which led directly to my front door. A large granite step was used for the door cill which matched the resin colour and cobble sett edgers perfectly. P1 also set dusk-to-dawn lights in between the granite setts. The driveway really shines at night!

I was absolutely delighted with the work carried out and the sheer transformation of my home. It looks practically unrecognisable from the outside ! They were quick, efficient and friendly. I couldn’t recommend P1 Solutions enough.

I had the back garden fence removed, new post holes dug out and complete new fence and gate installed. The work was completed before the deadline I'd requested, garden was left extremely tidy and I'm delighted with the fence. Great quality materials and workmanship and very prompt response to all communication. Will definitely be happy to use David and Henryk for future jobs.

A complete transformation of an untidy pocket sized garden. It is now a well landscaped tidy area which can be used as an actual garden.

We have used P1 for a number of years. They maintain our grass and hedges on a regular basis and are very reliable. They have also carried out a larger garden renovation project for us, and have recently put a fence along one border. The quality and speed of these two larger projects have been excellent.
They are very friendly and personable, and we trust them completely.

David came soon after I contacted the company. This was a pretty small job but he was very helpful and arranged for his men to visit. They came today and were friendly, helpful, careful, tidy and extremely efficient. The end result is even better than I'd hoped for. Thank you to you all. Would definitely recommend to anyone and have already passed the details to frineds and neighbours.

This is the third time we have used P1 for work in our garden. David is alway very friendly and professional in approach to understanding our requirements and providing a suitable solution and an estimate. The team assigned to the projects have always been very courteous and extremely good at what they do. In all 3 assignments they have tidied up when completing the work leaving no mess. The projects have been finished to a high standard. I would certainly recommend them.

New Fence

My old fence was at the point of collapse, not helped by the severe winds we've been experiencing recently !

I decided to try the Trust a Trader website as I've not had great experiences with local tradesmen to date. However I had no problems whatsoever with David and his team. They arrived on time, were polite, friendly and very hard working. They managed to build my fence in less than a day and it looks absolutely fabulous. As my partner has a wood burner I wanted to save the wood for him rather than just throw it out. They offered to cut my old fence up for me and left it in nice neat bundles. They also left my garden very neat and tidy. Great job done. Thank You !!
