I have just had a job done by Mark, he called to make an appointment to do the job, he also called when he was on his way. Mark turned up on time and put on overshoes when he came into my house to do the work. The job was done completely to my satisfaction and I have asked him to do another couple of pieces of work. I would have no qualms recommending him to my family and friends.
