Just had new upstairs windows fitted by JW glazing and joiners , great job done by Alan and Jordan and very professional, clean tidy job done all on time and very friendly , would highly recommend you give them a call if your looking to get work done , great job and a very competitive price and great service all round .

I had 2 windows where the double-glazing units had failed (condensation between the panels). JW Glazing replaced the double-glazing units in the existing window frames. They did an excellent job from start to finish. A polite, professional team - the people on the phone, the man who came to measure for the quote and the installers.
They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and left no mess. Impressive. Great job.

Over the past four years Craig and his team at JW Glazing and Joinery have fitted replacement doors and windows at five properties that were undergoing refurbishment. The windows and doors supplied are excellent quality. The installation is always a first class job and the price is competitive. Craig and his team are professional, always arriving on time when they are scheduled to and leave the place immaculate behind them. I have no issues recommending them - in fact neighbours were so impressed with the job they had done for me they had JW Glazing replace their windows.

I had 2 workers from JW fit my new back Door and kitchen window today and can a just say what a fantastic job they did finished to the highest standards everything cleaned up after them all rubbish taken away .The guys were really friendly and helpful will definitely recommend them to my friends . We had 9 windows and 2 doors fitted in grey outside white inside, great guys nothing too much bother always happy to help and give advise. Very tidy, left the house clean, tidy and hoovered every day at the end of their shift. Would highly reccomend this company for value , great products, reliability, and professionalism.

I had several windows in my house with badly rotted frames that needed replaced. J. W. Glazing & Joinery replied to my initial email within about a day and I was able to arrange an inspection within about a week. They recommended replacing my windows with PVC frames resistant to rot, which I'm very happy with.

The installation process was quick and about as convenient as you could expect for a relatively major home improvement like this. They were able to get the bulk of the work done within a day (three large windows with three panes each), and then another morning's worth of work to finish one smaller window. The longest part of the entire process was the manufacturing lead time on the actual windows themselves, which took about five weeks.

After the birth of our second child we decided to build an extension to our house. We met with JW Glazing to discuss our requirements and were delighted with the quotation and the fact that they would manage the full process and trades for us.

We managed to add 1/3 floor space to our existing house by extending our lounge and adding a master bedroom with ensuite.

We are absolutely over the moon with the work and we have already recommended JW Glazing onto neighbours and friends and would have no hesitation in continuing to do so.

Replacement of double glazed windows.

I'm very pleased with the windows, and noticed the difference straight away with less noise and no draughts.

I organised the work before lockdown which meant fitting couldn't start as planned. Craig stayed in touch to ensure I was aware the work would still go ahead.

I felt the price was fair for the work carried out and chose a mixture of acoustic glass for bedrooms and standard double glazed units for a living room. The acoustic glass does seem to make a noticeable difference.

In any case, the windows are much better fitted than my last ones. The fitters turned up when they said they would, the work was completed on schedule and the price I agreed stayed the same.

I would certainly recommend JW Glazing.

Very clean and efficient workforce. Minimal disruption to our routine. From initial surveying of the job through the carrying out and completion of the job JW were very professional and responsive to the customer's needs.
Finishing touches and attention to detail were excellent.

Craig kept in constant contact throughout the whole process with dates/times/pricing & any other queries I had.
I had tiles around the bathroom window I wanted replacing & was prepared for any cracks or broken tiles but the guys did a fantastic job & no tiles were damaged at all.

Alan and Graham were professional,punctual,friendly, polite and their workmanship is exemplary ! They were here 3 days. They covered all our carpets and furnishings and left our home immaculate daily, hoovered, tided up and took all the rubbish away. Great quality windows ! Ordering - considered my mothers age and they suggested different styles of windows to make easier for her to open
Speed of order - Windows expected to take 8 weeks from order date to arrive - fitted after 6 weeks
Speed of fitting - estimated to take 3 days - work all completed in 2 days. This was for six large windows
Friendly - three guys all very friendly.....very little noise
Tidy - hoovered every room and swept outside - left the place spotless
