Following recent house break-ins in my area, I contacted Homeland Security who were recommended to me by a friend who had also had security improvements carried out by the company. Following a full security consultation, the adviser compiled a written report highlighting which areas were vulnerable within my home and recommended what improvments could be made. I requested the company install a wireless alarm and I am delighted with and finished product. Highly visible alarm boxes, an easy to use control panel and full access control on my mobile phone. I had LED security lights and and a new mortice lock installed as well. First class service, very professional and they know what they are talking about when it comes to crime.

Homeland Security was recommended to me by a friend who had previously used them to install alarm systems.

Gary visited within a couple of days of initial contact to do a site survey. He was happy to answer all my questions, and after the visit, he sent over a comprehensive recommendation list of works that could be carried out, including a detailed breakdown of costs.

Once I had confirmed which options I wanted, Gary returned within two weeks to carry out the installation.

The installation was completed without issue. He tidied and hoovered up afterwards, leaving no mess behind. Gary went through setting up the app for remotely controlling the system, tested the alarm, and answered my questions.

We needed a brand new burglar alarm as our old burglar alarm was broken and hadn’t been used in years. We also wanted CCTV installed for peace of mind. We looked at Trusted Trader and came across Homeland Security & Investigations Ltd, who had 5 star reviews. We contacted Gary via email and he quickly responded. Gary offered to conduct a home security survey for us, free of charge with no obligation. He arrived bang on time and listened carefully to our wishes. He conducted the survey and gave us advice on additional security measures e.g. tidying up bushes and hiding keys, which was really helpful. Gary explained everything fully and promptly produced a full report for us, including quotes for the work we wanted. The quote was so detailed it allowed us to tweak what we wanted. We agreed to the quote and Gary scheduled the installation around our diaries. Again, Gary arrived bang on time with his colleague, Andy. Both of them were highly professional, hard working and knowledgeable – great sense of humour too, which is always appreciated. Even during the installation, they were flexible to make sure the disruption was minimal. They installed a new burglar alarm, sensors, security light and CCTV all at a competitive price and within the agreed timescales. No ongoing monthly fees, just a very reasonable yearly service. Their attention to detail was also impressive, ensuring outside wiring was tidy and inconspicuous. They even meticulously tidied up afterwards! They spent time demonstrating our new equipment, to make sure we were comfortable with it. A couple of weeks later, Gary got in touch to make sure everything was working well for us – it is perfect! We were really impressed with their level of customer service. We seriously can’t fault this company, they absolutely deserve their 5 star rating. Would use again/recommend in a heartbeat.

I first contacted Homeland Security after my existing (at least 30 years old!) alarm system started giving off a slight burning smell, as well as activating even though it wasn't set in alarm mode. After investigating the issue and making it safe, they recommended a new wireless system, which they came back to fit a few days later. Really pleased with the quality of the work and the price - never felt like I was being given the hard sell. Their advice was fully tailored to the set up in my property and what I needed. Would definitely use again and have already recommended to others.
